| I'm in Springfield, MO! I am home all day until 4:00 or so. If the OP could bring it to me, her pup could play with mine all day. |

| There is no way you will ever get this puppy potty trained when your gone 12 hours that is just way too long to work and have a puppy. Im not judging you Im giving you reality. I work 5 hrs a day so I understand people have to work but 12 hrs is too long for a pup or even an adult dog to be alone. You would be better off with a cat they are more able to live independently

| You people are very judgmental, IMO. I mean, seriously, how do you afford food if you don't work...8 hours a day 7 days a week? I could if I lived in a tent under the highway LOL. Geeze, give the woman a break. My pup is fine and well adjusted and she's 8 months old. I have always worked and I live alone. I think I would worry more if someone didn't work. How could you afford to feed them and take them to the vet? Seriously, ya'all need reality checks. I've never had issues with a dog feeling neglected or bored because I was gone. That's what the 8 million toys she has are for. She is played with for hours a day every day. I don't have a boyfriend because all my extra time is given to Lilly. And no, I won't ever leave the house again if I come home after work before working out and I will not sacrifice my health just to get home an hour earlier. It stresses my pup out if I come home and play for an hour or two and then put her back in her room, in all honesty. Animals can't tell time. All they know is that someone came home, played for two seconds (in animal time) and left again. Fun..NOT.. And yes, I have actually considered finding a new home for my dog but no one would feed her like I do and most people work and if they don't I would be concerned if they have the money to feed her Blue Buffalo at $20 a bag or take her to the vet to have shots, as most people in our area don't. It's farms and people who are very poor and/or don't value getting an animal vaccinated. I have had my dog since she was 5 weeks old and so I know she's attached to me. She doesn't like me to leave her alone with anyone else, so yes I think you all are being odd. Maybe the poster doesn't feed her dog premium food. That's the only thing I could think of where the pup would poop while she was gone. My Lilly maybe went once while I was gone at 18 weeks and she left it alone. The pad was on the other side of the room though. To the OP: Again, I am home all day and could puppy sit if someone could come get your pup by 3:30 or 4. It's not easy with a new pup, but you can work it around to make it work. |

| I thought the lady from Springfield was offering the OP(from Louisiana) to bring her pup to her. OR is there another person posting from Springfield that needs a pet sitter?

| Why the hell are you people giving me pet sitting and walkers? That's ridiculous. I work at night, so no pet sitters available and I really don't need one. Sorry you think I do. you're all ridiculous IMO Well, if you're ganging up on me then I am out of here. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. People work.. Five hours a day would pay NONE of my bills..seriously. You all obviously are married or live with someone, whatever. Otherwise, there's no way you could afford your dogs. |

| If you are gone 12 to 13 hours per day, I would suggest you rehome this puppy. You do not have time to give this pup what he needs. |
