| I know this is a tough choice but I would report them. What kind of life is that for the Pit Bull chained to a tree. Shame on those people, keep your kitty's safe.

| I also I had to give my info when reporting here. So, be careful. Also, roaming cats are in danger regardless of the things you see. Can you put the cats inside?

| I would look at the rules in your county for what dogs have to have and stuff and report them if there not following any of those rules. We have certain laws about dogs being chained. At our old house the dog next door didn't have water and food so I reported it anonymously by email and they went and checked it out and emailed me back.

| Isn't there any regulation about the number of dogs you can have? I know here it's three dogs per house, more than that you have to get a kennel license, even if you're not a breeder. They tried to get me to pay the kennel fee bc I have fosters here, but at the time Katie was adopted before they could pose any fee on me. Then we had our bull terrier pass away, so we are not over the 3 limit anymore. I don't even know how they knew we had more than three. Of course some neighbor had to complain.

| I know in my county, the limit is 5 without a kennel license.

| Other than building a tall, tough fence to keep them from your yard, probably the only way you can hope to keep your dogs safe is to let them out in a heavy-cox-fence covered run that the pits cannot break into. More than one pitbull really does help heighten the pack/hunt/kill mentality at times so if more than one escapes or focuses on another animal, chances are good they might go for it as a pack. Other than that covered heavy-fencing run/pen, using the button-operated large black umbrella to whoosh open before the dogs eyes can act as a diffuser early on to dissuade a focused dog from escalating. Tamping down a blooming arousal can really happen if the dog doesn't understand what is doing on as they often don't when they see that big umbrella bloom open with a whoosh and they do tend to go the other way - even pitbulls don't like it. Always having a taser, extra-long catch pole(unless you are an experienced big dog handler), and any other tools you'll need to keep them off your dogs will likely be in order. These things should be kept at the ready, though tasers don't always work on a pitbull as they don't really respond that well to them or any pain or distractions in attack mode unless used on the eyes or nose, lips, inside ears, genitalia or anus - and that still won't work on some of them. Tasers usually work better discharged into the air for the scary crackle sound and energy created to discourage a pitbull from ever attacking in the first place than they do once he's engaged in his attack. You'll need to be able to get your gate open easily so you can get the pitbull out of it should one or more ever come into your yard so gate locks might not be the best idea. Heavy netting can be a huge bonus for covering, restraining a dog and you need to know how to use it. If you can keep a camera ready to video or photograph them should they escape the yard, it will be a wonderful tool for use to prove the dogs had ways of escape from their yard and get Animal Control involved. Animal Control should be able to give you some other pointers to help keep your dogs safe from this potential danger. I would be highly worried if I lived close to one pitbull, let alone a pack of 5! You and your Yorkies will be in my prayers. I cannot imagine why anyone would take on the liability of having 5 pitbulls and their home insurance must cost a fortune!!! With some care and preparation, hopefully you can keep your dogs safe.

| I can't even begin to imagine the smell with that many cats! If I even get a faint whiff from Tink's box, it goes outside for a wash and bleach. And how sad for those poor pups. We only have one pit in our entire neighborhood, and she is one of the sweetest and most gentle girls I've ever seen. It's so disgusting to see how heartless fellow humans can be.
