| Callie was a terrible barker at night oh my goodness I was so tired the first month I was like a zombie. Have you tried putting the crate where he can see you when your in bed? I would take Callie out to potty and then put her in her crate when she started the barking and ignore her. It is very hard to do the ignoring but that is what you have to do because if you respond and take them out they will know the barking will get them what they want. Good luck puppies are hard work. There is also something called a snuggle puppy that has a heat pack inside and a heart beat and that might help.

| I'm envious your little guy sleeps in his crate. I wish Darla would but she just will not. She will bark and whine all night if she's in her crate. DBF will not allow it and that is with her in our room. But she is fine if she's out of the crate. She has a soft bed next to my side she will sleep on if she's not in bed with us. But she does get up to go potty or poo. Bad thing is she doesnt tell me |

| I've never known a loud cat. Also they can roam free without getting into trouble! And don't need walking. I think I'm getting lazy in my old age. |

| YT 2000 Club Member | My Yorkies would do the same barking if they were not in the bed beside me. Yorkies are people dogs and they do not like being left alone. I tell JoJo to lay down and he does. Spud has his pillow and when I turn that light off they both lay down quiet. If you can let Diesel sleep with you. I bet he will stop barking. Teach him to lay down, go to sleep. If my two boys as wild as they are can do that I bet Diesel will too. |
