Have to agree with Blowry! Yorkies tend to be stubborn and wilful. You need to show them who is the boss in a gentle way. Teddy definitely has "little dog syndrome" and will try his luck but the its normal for puppies to test boundaries - it's all part of them learning and establishing their place in YOUR pack.

this advice if given to the wrong person, especially one not familiar with dogs might be misunderstood. the key words in this post is "gentle way" who even knows how old this puppy is, lately on YT i have seen people getting puppies earlier than 8 weeks, if this is a very young puppy there could be several issues going on. I really think that unless the originator of the thread comes back and give us more info like the age and the problems she is having with the puppy we are grasping at straws trying to give advice on a situation we really know nothing about.

Hi My name is Blanche. I have a beautiful little girl Yorkie named Dallas and a beautiful little boy grand pup Yorkie named Oakley

The joy and love these two precious babies bring to my family is amazing! We waited what seems like forever...We researched the breed and weren't sure we would ever be prepared enough to bring these two fur babies into our family, but it turns out we learned a few things...
1. You can never be prepared enough to be a Yorkie mom or dad ( sister or brother). They will always be full of surprises!!! They are always so willing to learn something new and they are always teaching us about the world of Yorkies too!
2. Each Yorkie is unique!

I look forward to sharing pictures of my fur babies and I can't wait to see all the pictures of other members fur babies. I also look forward to joining in on some Yorkie conversations!
