Please can some help me my yorkie just had a 2 babies and am worried about the colors that they came out with the coat is brown with black lines n whiteon the chest ????? Is rhere a chance that my black and bown female with he dad being silver come out like that

You got her at petsmart? They aren't breeders, and most dont "sell" dogs, they only have the recue groups or shelters come in to adopt dogs out. Nobody sells a yorkie for that price! She might not have Any yorkie at all! That price was an adoption fee. I am glad you will keep her, but please check NOW with them to clarify what she is, unless you don't really care if she turns out to be a much larger dog or a very shedding one. On the upside, you won't have to get her groomed every 6-8 weeks if her hair doesn't grow long.

welcome to yt and your little girl is ADORABLE!!! she definitely has yorkie in her but, I would say she is not pure..doesn't matter though,..she is SO CUTE!!

It doesn't sound like she got her at Petsmart. She said she weighed her at Petsmart.

Is the nose brown if so they are chocolate yorkies you can search chocolate yorkies on here and get info

LOL this thread is getting confusing, but that's Ok us old timers need to stay on our toes. To Yaylyn when you get to the top of the General Disscusion Page that shows all the various Threads (which are differnt topics) listed look for a button on the top left that says new thread, click that and you can create a new topic for your question. This way it makes it easier to stay on track with the orginial topic that started the the new thread. If you see the initials OP that means orginal poster, which in this case is I luv my fur baby. Welcome to YT I am sure you will get he hang of this place in no time

To the OP (I luv my fur baby), Paying $125.00 would indicate she is not purebred, even yorkies from small family/backyard breeders sell for $400-$600. I guess if it was me and I loved the puppy I would not waste my money on a DNA test since they can be pricy. But I would spend my money on a full blood work up. This way you will have a much better idea on the status of her health which is more important in the long run that being purebred. Good luck and have lots of fun with your puppy she sure is adorable.

She is really a cutie. I would be mad if it happened to me because I really have to have a non-shedding dog. It would be so sad to have to give her back. I wonder if she is half yorkie and maybe a strange male got to her while she was in heat, without the owner's knowledge? That price leads us all to believe that the breeder knew what she was selling.
