I did not buy him for his pedigree, for show and all these experts on here are losing tons of money by constantly degrading people's choices instead of showing their PERFECT dog in the arena - not everyone on here but a lot of them - while genetic health is important for your pup and the future heartbreak/expenses it could bring you - I have pet yorkies and they are more like my kids than dogs - i would give mine a kidney if they needed it and it was possible and could care less if their mom or dad ever set foot in the arena - congrats on your new baby and enjoy him for many years !!!!!!!!!

Showing and health testing are not the same they can be done independantly.

Many reputable breeders do health testing follow guidelines that are in the best interest of the pup.

Your post is a bit confusing tomedical me following YTCAthe breeding standards is not the same as supporting ethical breeding in entirety.

Who here besides breeders has had 45 yorkies...?

confusing yes and if you see her only other post on here it's about being nervous because she has a 3.7# pregnant female, yet she is a very "concerned" yorkie mom. I could be wrong but don't over concerned yorkie moms make sure they don't breed a 3.7# females.

That's animal cruelty IMHO.
