For anyone reading this thread, I found a great thread (except for AlldogBoots) that will make you laugh when you really don't want to and shed a humorous light on this topic. A few short hours ago I was despondent over my Miss Mia's new SNACKING CAKES, now I have laughed my sides sore and have information to start a snacking cake intervention!!!

Lol, so you're saying you didn't beat him? You probably have read everything, but I thought this was a good article; it says "it's just in their genes". Why Do Dogs Eat Poop and How to Stop Dogs from Eating Dog Poop If he's only doing it in one spot, I wonder if he no longer had access to the area if he'd still do it.

Thanks for the link. It's in Max's genes. Cooper will be outside going potty in the backyard and I scoop it up immediately. Max watches from inside and then scratches at the door like a lunatic to go and get it.

He's very smart. When I let them both go potty he will purposely go at the exact same time as Cooper but all the way on the other side of the yard. That way I can't scoop them both at the same time and he gets what he wants. I've been dealing with it for 2 years. I'm used to it now.

It probably will. Max is an unusual case. He ate Coopy's poopies and Coopy's digestive system didn't tolerate the pineapple that well. Good luck!
