| I think we all enjoy trading public posts with each other on certain Off Topic discussions as well. I really enjoy that forum, too. And the Games section - fun, fun, fun. Get on that Banning Thread and you will have some real laughs!

Missing Yoshi Everyday! Donating Member | I am so glad to see this. Although I don't engage in any of these online drama, I must say that the recent negativity on YT has been really noticeable. I have even started limiting myself to just coming on here to check my own created threads. And also been contemplating about leaving YT for good altogether because there is obviously no compassion amongst the members of YT and with everything i been through the last 4-5 years in my life, I don't want to be a part of any group or communities who's negative energy outshines their positive. Why be a part of something that would most likely take me down with it in the end, was the the question I been asking myself. Because we all know that attitude and energies are contagious rather positive or negative. For instance when we read or watch a happy story it makes you happy inside and same goes with a sad story it makes you sad. Now picture reading threads with negative energy on a daily basis, it wouldn't take long for that negative energy to spread. Anyways sorry for blabbing on and on, but I am really glad to see this thread posted and hopefully everyone can set their pride and egos aside and come together to make this happen. YT does have a lot of helpful information to offer and it would be sad if one day YT was no longer around to help the next person/family that needs it.

| Thank you so much for the words we all needed to hear. Hope we can show love and compassion and understanding with each other and not be judgemental or critical but try to help and make this a great forum to come too. I have learned alot and I appreciate you all so much. |

I've had many dogs before in my life - but never a Yorkie before. Most of what I've learned - I've learned from YT. From life I've learned that it's best to do everything with a smile and a laugh - what's the point of arguing and bickering - it'll get you nowhere and drag you down.... Really looking forward to many more happy years of being a YT-er! Thank you Sally + Harry x | |

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Ann I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I seriously don't know how you do it. Personally I feel that nobody has to directly disagree, with anyone here. You just post your own opinion whether it has support from research or other authorative bodies, or perhaps it is just a matter of personal likes/dislikes. We live in a rapidly changing world, few areas are changing as rapidly as health and medicine. Training techniques go through different "fads", dog food is an ever expanding field. No one person "knows it all", but many have jewels of knowledge, insight or wisdom that they share with us. For me it is through this interchange, that I have found out a whole lot, and my knowledge base is richer because of it. There are many members here who unstintingly give of their time, energy, and love, to support virtual strangers. They are a gift to this community.

| I'm so happy to read this post! I have been shocked at some of the stuff I have seen posted here. I'm glad to see the mods are working on putting a stop to it! I'm a mod on a large bird board and I know all the hard work that goes into making a board work well. Kudos to the mods here at YT! |

Ann that was very well said. There have been so many times I was afraid to post because I just did not want to be part of the drama. Life is just too hard to come online to get kick again. There are many people I truly like on yt.. and I sure hope my future gives me the time to be comfortable to share here again. Now... if dh would only get the internet turned on in our new house...

| Ann, I'm so glad to see this posted. I know at some point it needed to be said. A lot of us come here to have a friendly place to have fun, ask for help or prayers, sort of like a second family. Thank you and Admin and Mods for always trying to make YT a better forum! Hugs to all of you! |

| Thanks So Much, Ann! I was so glad to see this. It should be respected to allow others to have their opinion even when it conflicts with others. It is okay to agree to disagree. I hope we all can be more tolerant of different opinions. xoxoxo |
