| A Bit Ticked Off! OK, well I think I'm more so upset than angry, but I am kinda mad too. So I have been talking with this breeder and waiting on a litter. Well I saw on her website that the momma had the babies and I e-mailed her to see if a female had been born (I was promised first pick since I was the first person to inquire about this mother and her litter). Well, yes one female had been born. I was promised a female if there was one. Her daughter gave the female to a friend! Now I wouldn't be so upset if she had just said that her daughter was going to do that in the first place! Don't promise me a puppy if you know it's going somewhere else! I'm about at my wit's end with breeders!! Why is it so hard to find a freaking good one! So I'm trying again to contact Bounce's breeder (she's since moved to FL). She's just so dang hard to get a hold of. I know quite a bit of you here are in and around the Knoxeville, Nashville, or Atlanta Areas. I live in Chattanooga. So, if any of you are willing, do you know of great breeders either here in town or in your towns (I'm willing to travel at least that far). I do want to breed Bounce and a little girl eventually, but I want a well-bred, cute, healthy girl most importantly. Around 5lbs. I'm just so frustrated with getting nowhere with these people! It makes me so sad.

| I know how you feel. Believe me. Its really hard finding the right baby girl. But on the bright side, everything happens for a reason. Maybe she wouldn't of been good for you and Bouncer |

| You're probably right. Everything does happen for a reason, but man for once I think a girl coming my way should happen! haha At least I have my fix right now with a little girl I'm petsitting for the night. She's so cute.

| It keeps happening to me; too. So I know how you feel. The breeder always ends up giving the puppies to a friend, their child, or some other relative first. I am getting frustrated myself, but trying to be patient about the situation. We are interested in getting a puppy from a lady that lives only 5 miles from us. Her dog is due around New Years Eve. But, she already promised a female to someone else. And if another female is born, it is going to her daughter. We are 3rd in line. So, she would basically have to have 3 females in order for us to get one. But, we are not 100% sure we are getting her puppy. Because we have one other lady that we spoke to about a puppy. Her yorkie is due around December 9th. Don't worry, you will have a little girl soon. I have been searching since around August for mine and I am just now starting to get close. I have been having a hard time even finding a yorkie in my area! Now I got 2 to chose from at only around a 5 mile radius from my home and they are both around the same price range. ($900) |

| The door swings both ways- as a breeder you would not believe the number of people who ask to be placed on your waiting list. You add them you tel them when the kids are born and update them as to progress- comes time to make a deposit or they say they will be there on such and such a date and you do not hear from them again. It is very disappointing. Then these folks call and you to answer questions about the puppy that they bought from someone else. There needs to be good faith and integrity shown on both sides the breeder and the person wishing to purchase the puppy. |

| Yes, these waiting lists are very long. Yorkies are in very high demand. We were going to buy from this man, but by the time we found out about him, his list was very long. And we were at the bottom. My mom called a couple of days before the pups were due and we were going to drive out to see the mama. (He lives about a 45 minute drive from us) But, all we got was his answering machine and we left a message. He never returned our call, so we know the puppies are already sold. If I was a breeder, it would be the people that I know would be able to provide it with a good loving home that would be on the top of my list. I would probably want to meet the people in person first before making my decision. |

| Exactly, and the thing is I was the first person on this list for a female from this mother. I just wish she would have told me first that if there was a female her daughter wanted to give it toa friend instead of saying, "you're number one on the list for Moxie if there is a female born. I'll let you know when she has them." She never even e-mailed me to let me know. I just e-mailed her to check on Moxie and see how the momma was doing and then I got was undesirable answer. I wish there were more honest breeders I could find like the ones here on YT that I've seen.

| Yes, she should of been honest with you and told you that she had someone else already in mind. It is wrong to be lead on and to get someone's hopes up. Don't worry. It just was not meant to be. You will find you another baby soon. Don't give up hope. I didn't give up hope and I won't until I have my baby in my loving arms. |
