| Didn't this guy ever hear of payment plans. I'm sure he could have worked something out with the owner instead of stealing the poor guy. |

| more then likly he stole that yorkie for money! they are so expensive and its christmas time. some poeple are just plain old thugs and steal for their own benefit not the puppies. so hopefully this puppy is being cared for but honestly this guy doesnt look like a reputable person trying to save a puppies life. he is a thief and i hope they do find that puppy before his stupidity harms it.people like this are people that ruin the holidays for someone else. if he was saving that pup he should have saved all of them not just the one with the most expensive price tag. please keep an eye on your dogs through this holiday season. this isnt the first incident of a yorkie being snatched. my friend that just had puppies some guy that was working on the house next door lifted her male up over the fence if her husband didnt freak out on the guy poor simba would probrably be gone. |

| Some guy went up to me at the store and was petting Brandy who I was holding. He said there is a sign up at PETsMART about a stolen yorkie with a $1500 reward. He kept asking me questions like how old it was and if it was a boy/girl. I was kind of freaked out, but then I went to PETsMART and there was a pic of a little girl, 4 months old and stolen. Brandy is 3 1/2 months old. I guess the puppy was stolen out of the yard. I felt bad, but I'm glad the dude didn't try to take Brandy so he could claim some award. I have her papers at home to prove she's mine! |

| That has happened to me, too I saw signs of a Yorkie that was stolen this summer. People would ask me lots of questions and I felt that they were suspicious, but I have papers to prove she's mine. My husband said that the latest Yorkie in our area to be stolen had pictures that looked just like my Sunshine.

| Awhile ago there were these kids in the office, and one of them commented to the other,, " Boy we could steal this dog and make alot of money." Needless to say,, they got a real HATE look from me... I assume they were kids kidding around, and trying to be cool in front of one another,,but I thought it was a pretty stupid thing to say!

| I've been close to stealing dogs from pet stores. One was a 5-week-old black Lab that I was holding. I kept nearing the door and then finally chickened out. No one would have noticed I don't think. That is the only way to get them out w/o paying for them and continuing the puppy mill cycle. I'm not advocating it, but I know it's very tempting at times. At Petland in the Chicago area, you have to leave a photo ID and a valid credit card in order to even HOLD a puppy. It definitely prevents theft.
