a guy was caught on tape stealing a yorkie from a pet store!! I hope they catch him!!

How terrible!!! I'm so worried for that little guy. The people who stole him are, by their own actions, obviously dishonest. I hope they don't abuse him. I really hope they find him safe and sound.

If the guy wanted him bad enough to steal him, maybe he will be well cared for. I doubt he would do it so he could be abused. He only did what I wish I had the guts to do sometimes for those poor dogs...but the orange jumpsuits thay make the guys wear down here would not be my best look. Anything would be better than being locked up in a cage.

Yes, I agre 100%!! That pet store looks a lot worse than most. And I really hope he was trying to help the poor thing, but like Sue said, stealing isn't the way to do that. :(

I hope that is the case ... that this guy stole the guy to save him from a bad environment. That doesn't make stealing right but at least his motives wouldn't be to terrible. I hope the little pup is ok.

lol, thanks Jen. Tucker is doing great today. He's not trying to chew on his wound at all. We practically have to strap him down to keep him from jumping and running. :D I'll give him a kiss from the new baby too. ;)

If he wasnt trying to save the pup, maybe he wants to sell it to make alot of quick cash,, But if someone is willing to pay alot ,, you would assume they will take care of it.. lets home.

My husband saw signs posted at the bank that a tiny female 1 year old Yorkie had been stolen. The reward was $1,000.
I think people steal them with the intention of selling them.
What a crime!

I was thinking the same thing.

Which is worse, the pet store which obviously is selling from puppy mills, or the theft! They both suck!!!! Looks like the Pet Paradise stores around here with all the cages on the floor like that...
