| ![]() What does everyone use for a toy box? I like Callie to be able to reach in and grab her toys but most things I have tried have been to high and when she reaches in to get her toys it pushes on her neck and makes her cough. Right now she is using one of the Martha Stewart toy boxes with a lower spot in the middle of the front to get the toys out of but she can only get the ones in the front and likes to reach over the sides and grab the other toys causing it to push on her neck. So what does everybody use as a toy box or does any one have suggestions?

| ![]() My floor ![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry I'm not much help, but couldn't resist. Harley has his own room (it's supposed to be an office, but don't tell Harley that), so usually at the end of the night when I put him to bed, I just chuck all his toys in his room, he has a monstrous pile all over the place in there. What if you got a larger dog bed, that was soft, yet was deep enough to hold toys, you know the ones with the walls all around except the front. Then she could go in grab a toy and come back out... not sure how well it'd work, but maybe?

| ![]() I use baskets for Gracie's toys. they are a bit lower than many toy boxes. She isn't very tall so the decorative baskets work great......except the toys don't stay in there long enough for me to vacuum the floor sometimes! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() I have several smaller baskets (about 4 in high), rectangle shaped, placed here and there. They can poke their noses around in them and dig a certain toy out if they want to. I don't remember where I got them, but they work great in terms of height.

| ![]() I built a wooden box for ZoE's toys using scrap wood I had. I tried using a basket, but she started chewing the heck out of it and I was worried about her ingesting wicker ![]() So I ended up building my own ![]()

| ![]() I have a copper planter thing I use. My mother in law just gave me matching metal planter type of containers in all sizes that I am going to use for a catch all type of thing for dog toys and stuff

| ![]() Our toy boxes are the PetSport pop up tents from Target. It is so funny to see the boys disappear into the tent and run out with a toy. ![]()

| ![]() I use a basket. I had Cha Cha make one for me. The girls are able to reach in and get their toys. Well, it may be because the basket is overflowing!! ![]() ![]()

| ![]() If you are creative, you can always get some cardboard boxes, cut the edges the shape you like, cover them with some light padding, then cover that with a cute fabric.

| ![]() I bought a basket at either Home Goods or TJMaxx that is rectangular and about 3" high....Trixie's toys have been there since she came home at 13 weeks and we have never had a problem...well, except when she was a pup and used it as her bed. Not sure what happened to the pic...but it is in my album from when she was a puppy...check it out if you want to see her box (and her in it too!)

| ![]() We have this one (of course personalized with Jackson's name). He can't really reach into though, which isn't a bad thing, lol. Or else he'd always be pulling stuff out. ![]()

| ![]() I found this thing at TJ Maxx. It is made of foam with a cloth cover. I don't know what it is supposed to be, as it has zippers on all of the corners and handles like it should be carried. It was boy blue and has "prince" stitched on it, that was good enough for me. I wish I could tell you how to get one, but I just stumbled across it in the clearance section. As you can see, Dallas is not at all shy to go find his toys himself. |

| ![]() ChaCha, a YT member, makes gorgeous toy boxes and they are just the right size for yorkies. Here's the one she made for me. She is wonderful to work with and will personalize it any way you want. The picture doesn't do it justice. It is gorgeous in real life. Probably because the camera battery was going dead!
