| ![]() Maybe he is too little for a collar yet... best bet would be to have your vet show you... even though that seems silly, knowing Yorkies and what they can do it would be better than an online description.

| ![]() I, too, had to learn the dangers of walking using a collar. My Marley was about two when I adopted him. He had never been walked on a leash, and I was determined that he would learn walking manners (aka Dog Whisperer)... Well... he pulled, and I resisted. After four or five days of this, Marley began to honk like a goose. Scared the daylights out of me. Had never heard of collapsed trachea, but got a speed lesson on it that day. I felt so bad. Now I only use halters, and only those that sit low on the chest. Good advice. |

| ![]() When I first got Sophia, I wasn't sure what to do with the ID tag either. I didn't want to leave a collar on her in case it snagged on something, so I just keep her ID tag attached to the D ring on her harness, and she wears a harness around all the time. At first I thought it would bother her, but I guess the harness is comfortable and she doesn't mind ![]() |

| ![]() Thanks Nancy..! I have some blue and pink ones right now. I have decided that I may need to rethink the crystals that are glued on, as they can come off and do not want a hazard from the pieces being ingested. But we have found crystals that are fastened with prongs and they are safe. Katy
