| DANG !!! What a rude person~! I can understand wanting to write instead of calling, I get nervous too, but she should have sent the letter WELL in advance of your upcoming appointment. And to groom them three times, THEN say she's not comfortable with puppies? WTH?I feel for you, the groomers are so busy this time of year and it'll be hard to get the babies in before Christmas. BIG hugs to you and your babies

| Wow, that is inconsiderate, to say the least. I wouldn't be calling her in a year or ever again! I hope you find a great groomer for your pups, and leave this one in the dust.

| I had a new groomer coming to my house to groom all 3 of mine. I told her I would pay her 10.00 more than what she was charging because 1. It's what I was used to paying and 2. She was coming to my house so I felt more comfortable with my dogs being in front of my house vs a cage for who knows how long, plus I have a security camera on my front porch and could watch her essentially. She never showed, never called. I waited 2 hours and then called and left a message saying "I thought we had an Appt at 11, maybe I misunderstood". She texted me to say she was sorry and to please give her another chance, she had an emergency, etc. Appologized again and told me she wanted to make me happy and wouldn't even charge me for the grooming. I agreed and set up an Appt for Monday at 11:00. 11:00 came and went, nothing.....I didn't even bother calling this time. I wanted to take the dogs to have their picture made with Santa and now can't. I can't cut their hair myself and really wanted to have it done for their pictures. It's crazy! For people to be complaining about the recession and not paying bills, not making money etc, this happens a lot! We've had several employees just not show after begging for a job. And even had one not come pick up his final paycheck. He has a key to an old storage building still (wasn't old when he quit) so legally i cam with hold his check but I have sent letters certified mail but got not response. I still have his check and will hold it until my CPA tells me what to do with it,

| How rude! And honestly, what kind of groomer can't work with puppies- knowing how to handle and "train" them is part of the job description- sounds like she wants someone else to do the hard work, so she can swoop in and make the money when things are easier. There is no way I would ever be giving someone like that my business again.

| I am happy to say that I found my old groomer that I used 10 years ago when I got my previous yorkie. She groomed Poppy from puppy to age 6 when she sold her business. I contacted her (she even remembered me, well, Poppy) and let her know I got new babies and asked if she was still doing any dog grooming. Turns out she is - she just does not have an "office" so to speak - she brings her stuff and grooms at your home. She does not have a mobile unit so will use the bathtub in the guest room (where I bath them) and groom them in the garage on her portable grooming table. She said she would love to work with my babies and would come to my house on Saturday! Yes, on Christmas Eve to groom them - she said they should look pretty for Christmas. She is charging me $30 per pup (a great rate). I let her know they were puppies and may take longer so would understand if she charged more, she said that was all part of the process - but she may ask me to help her out if they are really wiggly as she will be by herself. I am moving on and think this is going to be so much better in the long run. I know this groomer has worked with puppies before and is not afraid of them. I will not return to the other groomer. I am not sure I would ever have confidence that she would show up. |

| So glad that this turned out to be a blessing! You get to have a groomer that you already trust, with alot of experience and a heart for service! WOW |

| No Longer a Member | I have to agree with others here, sounds like she just didn't want to take the time to train them up. Bad business practice given the times, you could easily share your experience on yelp and wind up sending new business elsewhere. Glad that things went well anyway, but she really was rude. |
