| I know. I am so scared now. I'm watching the sky all the time. That was just too close.

| That had to be scary,,so glad that they are ok...I live in the country and there are all kinds of predators here, packs of wild dogs, coyotes and large birds...my dogs go out on the porch which is covered and safe for them..I admit I have to clean several times a day but I know that they are very safe. Even the fencing on the porch is made to where nothing can get to them...this all came about when a stray dog attacked Yoshi and almost killed him, I never want him or my new baby to go through something like that again. |

| I can't believe all the problems with these hawks. Scarey as heck. My dh saw one yesterday. He said I had better really keep a watch on the babies when they go out espically Dudley. I could not believe he seen one where we live. Now I'm scared to let them out. They could be attacked and gone before you could do anything about it. Espically if you were a few feet from them. I have 4 to watch. Eeeek! |

| Yes yes yes . . . I told a similar story a while back. I was letting Bailey out early one morning. We have an alley way for the garages so he and I can walk around unleashed. Bailey got a ways down from me, did his thing and came running back. At that moment, a hawk took off screeching! Apparently the hawk was eyeing Bailey for breakfast, but it didn't see me until Bailey ran back. I look up in that tree now every morning. |

| Glad to hear that nothing happened. It's amazing what hawks will try to get. I have to watch my little one too when we're outside. I've learned to pay attention to the sounds the hawks make, watch for their shadows and just scan the sky in general when we're outside. That's country living for you, I guess.
