| I am smiling Rubin, and Gracie HATE rain and windy weather. We live in Fl., so no snow. It does get cold enough to wear a coat though. My Yorkies are not bothered by the cold that much, but when the wind blows they cringe, shiver and tremble. Ginny Joy and Abba will use pee-pads in bad weather but Rubin and Gracie won't. I have to pick Rubin and Gracie up and carry them to the potty area. Just letting them out will not work they won't leave the porch steps. Poor Gracie hates storms so bad, I let her hold it as long as I think she can. Then I tuck her in my rain coat, run out, put her down and hold the umbrella over her. We seriously have thought about building a car port for the dogs not the car !

| Levi potties outside, even when it's raining or snowing. He usually LOVES being outside, but doesn't like being rain or very cold weather, so he's learned to make a quick business trip when the weather is bad...and then immediately wants to go back in. |

We just lost our little old poodle last week, so next she goes back on the leash/in the pen and back to me taking her out every three hours ... I'd determined to get her reliably housebroken, but our circumstances have made it really difficult. If I had it all to do over again, I'd never let her potty inside - not once. But it was winter and she was tiny and .... live and learn. It was a mistake!

| Yes - I mine like the fido fleece coats. My yorkie is super sensitive and hates sweaters. But the fido fleece is warm without being confining or something ... another trial-and-error thing we learned.

| With PEanut and Tink both being rescues, I still battle with potty issues. I will take them outside and Tink will do her business, if Peanut gets distracted by any little thing, it is over. He wont go and will go back up the ramp to come inside. As for the rain..He nor Tink will go outside inthe yard to potty, they use the ramp. I don't like it, but, it is better than my house. The ramp to the porch is covered and not so nasty when the weathre is bad. If Peanut gets his feet wet, he RUNS back to the porch. We are still working on it, and that is o.k. I maybe working on pottying until forever.
