Rubin, and Gracie HATE rain and windy weather. We live in Fl., so no snow. It does get cold enough to wear a coat though. My Yorkies are not bothered by the cold that much, but when the wind blows they cringe, shiver and tremble. Ginny Joy and Abba will use pee-pads in bad weather but Rubin and Gracie won't. I have to pick Rubin and Gracie up and carry them to the potty area. Just letting them out will not work they won't leave the porch steps. Poor Gracie hates storms so bad, I let her hold it as long as I think she can. Then I tuck her in my rain coat, run out, put her down and hold the umbrella over her. We seriously have thought about building a car port for the dogs not the car !
