Thank God it doesn't sound like it is anything too serious! So glad you got see him and that he seems better. Will be watching for him to come home tomorrow! ;)

Oh that is great news Im so happy for you that it wasnt real serious and he gets to come home tomorrow and Im glad you got to see him today. Give that baby some extra attention and some hugs from us

Thank-you both! I am also glad it wasn't anything to serious as well!! I can't describe my happiness right now!!! Tomorrow just can't come fast enough!!

So glad to hear that max is doing better! I feel so horrible that you and your baby had to go through this poor little guy...I'm sure he is just as excited to see you as you are to get him back. Max is lucky to have such a loving mom! Hope that your night flys by and your baby is back in your arms quickly!

Thanks!! I hope tonight flies by too!! I probably won't sleep tonight... I really can't wait to have him back home!!

I'm so glad you got a good report. Bet you can't wait until tomorrow! Hopefully he will be tired enough to sleep most of the night. Did they give him IV fluids? It seems as though they would have since he was having stomach problems. Pig ears would make him sick especially since he is not used to them. I hope he is full of energy when you see him tomorrow.

Yes they did. The vet told me that before he offered him the food they gave him IV fluids to see if he would throw it up or poop it out.. after about 2 hours of nothing coming up or out. They gave him 1/4 cups of food and he was able to keep that down. I will talk to the vet tomorrow to see how he did through the night. I can't wait!! && Thanks!!!

I've been at work all day and missed out on what happened today, but I'm glad you'll have your lil guy home with you tomorrow. I know how hard it is to leave them there, but he's safe and tomorrow he'll be so glad to see you again. You can go home and cuddle!:)

The vet told me that the pig ear shocked his system (becaus of the high fat)... But I was able to see him again today around 4ish.. and he was doing better... He was also able to hold down the food the vet gave him. So they're just trying to see how he does tonight, and if all is well (which it will be), he can come home tomorrow!!! & Thanks!!!

I just saw this thread and read through the whole thing...you poor thing. I'm so sorry that your little Max has to go through all of this, and you too. Saying a prayer for your little guy to be back to himself tomorrow! And by the way, he is VERY lucky to have such a great mommy - keep up the good work! :)

I too am just seeing this and I'm even pissed!! I can't imagine what was going on in his little mind. You are NOT a bad mommy !!! I am glad to hear he is ok:) Give extra hugs for me too.
