So glad to hear that Mack is back at home. I realize he still has lots of healing to do, he's been through so much, but he will gain strength being around his family. It's wonderful to see prayers answered. I'm so happy for you.

I'm sure he is very, very weak. You can give him some chicken broth by a dropper if you want to help him get some strength back quickly. It will also help his tummy feel better. All of the medications may have made his tummy a bit upset, too.

I was going to go to bed, but before I turned off my computer, I had to come here and check on little Mack. So glad to hear he had a good night. There really is no place like home to help recuperate and heal. Like the others have said, take care of yourself too. Hope Mack enjoys the chicken broth. So glad that Mack is continueing to recover! Of course he's still not out of the woods but I have no doubt that he will be back to himself in no time! I'm not a big prayer, but have been praying for little Mack daily! I feel such a bond when i read about him, he truely is a miracle baby! Mack had an ok day... He is still eating in very Small amounts, but at least he is eating!! I made the broth and it was a hit!!! He has vomited once today, but it was just a small amount. He hasn't pooped since yesterday morning and that concerns me so I am going to call the vet in the morning to see if he is concerned. He is in good spirits though!!! I think the iv port is bothering him, so I may see about having it taken out too... It is comforting to know if he does "bomb" out, he is ready to be hooked up, so I don't know!! Till tomorrow!!! Oh, Mack says thank you to all of his wonderful YT family!
