I shipped my puppy. I paid extra so that he went in the cabin of the plane.

Diva Pup, I knew that many flight attendants will do this for rescue dogs but I was not aware you could do this as a normal practice.

You got me as to the policies. I do know that the stewardess had purchased a puppy from the breeder before, so maybe she just took it on herself. I was just glad he didn't stay in the airport over nite!!
But if you mean about flying in the cabin of the plane I think it was only one airline that had that practice at the time. And who knows what the rules are now...

IMO, shipping puppies is okay. As long as they are at least 2 - 2 1/2 lbs and/or 4-5 months old. Also, puppies shouldn't be shipped in extreme temperatures, either. JMHO
