| This ticks me off to no end. I really hope your father continues to improve, but please, please follow up with the hospital and go to whatever agency/authority licenses these dogs for help. No way should any hospital or other business be allowed to get away with this!

Sending prayers for your father's speedy recovery, and I really do hope you can find a solution so that you and Kaos can be together and he can do his job helping you without worrying about being accepted.

| just saying i'm on your side and praying for you. sorry that happened and hope your dad gets better real quick. i saw a lady with a toy poodle with a service dog vest on and just smiled at them because i understand how much service even the tiniest dogs can do for someone. sure they aren't always doing big tasks like opening a door but if you lock up mentally in the middle of the street those YIP barks can snap you back outta it in a hurry and get you out of harm's way. PTSD doesn't need a size companion. just needs something that can be there when you need them. |

| I am shocked that after showing them all the documentation they still refused. I understand that they might be surprised he's a service dog, but after your explanation and PROOF with documentation, that's unbelievable! I hope your dad continues to improve. |

| I'm so sorry you have to go through this, particularly at a time when I'm sure you were so sick with worry for your father. Have you tried calling the U.S. Department of Justice's toll-free ADA Information Line at 800-514-0301?

| I am sorry about what happened. Callie is a certified service dog (I have very bad anxiety) but I am so scared even with all my papers that something like that would happen to me so I just dont go out that much now. I wish every one in the public was much more informed about service dogs.

| You should contact not only the ER administrator, but also a nursing and hospital administrator. Hospitals are very interested in their press-ganey ratings and patient satisfaction because alot of reimbursement is dependent on this. Also they are highly worried about any potential lawsuit involving discrimination.
