| At the first peep of light through the curtains, which is around 6:15 a.m., Betty Boop comes up to my face and puts her nose to mine. If I ignore her, she will climb upon my shoulder and stand there on top of me! I get up and take her out, feed her, get the husband a cup of coffee, and then we go back to bed. Betty Boop can go back to sleep........I can't! Wouldn't trade her for the world, though! P.S. I think she pays me back for the times I wake her up in the middle of the night when I can't sleep and I get on YT on my iPhone!

| My alarm wakes us all up at 5:00 on work days. On the weekends or summer break, Ivan wakes me up at 6:30 like clockwork by laying next to me and resting his paws on my chest as he stretches across me. If I pet him for a minute or two then he will usually go back to sleep until I'm ready to get up (no later than 7:00 or 7:30). But if Iris hears that her brother and Mommy are up then she comes up and bounces around, wants pets, and stomps her feet until we are all up and on the way to getting her breakfast. Then they will usually go back to sleep, but, of course, I'm usually wide awake by then. This is the first summer since I haven't been crating them at night. I love waking up like this. |

| Both of mine wait until I get up. Then they both come flying to me! Rosie is so sweet in the mornings. She will jump on my chest and give me Yorkie love before we get up. Mikki is trying but Rosie isn't letting her! LOL.

| This is what Kaji does. If he needs water, or to go potty at night, he goes and takes care of it by himself. I can't sleep past 8 though. His usual breakfast time is at 7. By 8, time I move a muscle, Kaji jumps out of bed and starts to pace. He's hungry.

| Oh, I forgot to add. I have those sliding mirror doors for a closet and so usually I wake up to Teddy growling at his own reflection once it's light enough outside for him to see.

| Teddy will sleep in as long as I do. If he has to go potty he climbs off the bed, does his business, and snuggles back in. Now the cats are a different story... Hubby has been in Vegas for the past 2 1/2 weeks for the World Series of Poker. I think he might have lost his spot in the bed to Teddy.

| My oldest furkid will sleep until we get up, but my youngest is ready to go potty at 5am on the week days. On the weekends, we stay up later, so he goes out right before bedtime. On those morning he can usually wait til 7. Baxter can sleep furever!!! (like right now) |

| On week days my Mooch will sometimes come up and give me kisses and then go lay back down. I set my alarm for 5am and then again for 5:30am so in between that time she might come up and lay on my head. lol. Weekends she will kiss me and then go back to sleep until I get up. lol |

| Taz has a very unique way of waking me. He gets right up to my face, I mean so close that his whiskers tickle, and just stares at me. I try to "play possum" but I usually start to laugh. Then all bets are off and he's awake. Jiggs sleeps under the covers or on my pillow and is not an early riser. |

| Before Teddy came along, Max would let me sleep as late as 8 or 9, but then he would give me a polite "mmm" or "woof." Once I opened my eyes, he would perform a nice sit. This was his way of asking for breakfast. Teddy wakes up very early, sometimes 4 am, and sits at his window. He usually wakes me up to go potty anywhere between 5:30 - 6:30. Both Max and I grumble.

| Princess is on such a third shift schedule right now & I feel guilty. We're up until 3-6a.m, & have been sleeping well into the afternoon. She wont wake me unless someone is on the buzzer then she "tells" me.

| Bentley has started a new thing, waking me up! He never used to bother me when I was sleeping but he's started to bark and growl at me for me to wake up. I have no idea why! I used to have bad sleep apnea and snoring but I had surgery to fix all of that and more stuff in my nose and whatnot and he never used to do that to me before my surgery. But that was almost a year ago... Not sure why he's waking me up now. Just started about a week ago. Mom says my breathing is fine, not sure if he's sensing something that we just don't know or what but he's been doing it for about a week now. Weird... LOL

| 7 am my husband wake up, takes out Giz, feeds him, takes him back out, and then comes back to bed where Gizzy cuddles with me until about 9:30. Then I get woken up to someone nibbling on my toes!
