Congratulations to you all! I am so happy for you... and jealous! How I wish something like that would happen to me! I would love for Roxie to have a little sister or brother. I am so happy that Micki has found her furever home!

DH says give it time. When we first got Gidget she was a big mommy girl. We've had her six months, he is now the center of her universe!

That is funny! I just explained to my DH that I could not leave this little one. He understood. I think I was just at the right place right time. I have been looking to get a rescue, then decided on a puppy. Well, I think I got both! :D she is only a year old which is still a baby and I think we rescued her.

Congratulations!! I wouldn't worry too much about them not being in love with each other right away... They need time to adjust. My two get along amazingly well and couldn't be happier having two.

Micki was meant to be!

I hope so! I was a nervous wreck trying to decide what to do. My heart kept saying yes but my head was telling me I was crazy! She is such a sweet baby. The thought of her ending up in a puppy mill just makes me sick. I am so glad I got her. I hope Rosie will end up being buddies with her.

At least get her into your good hands so you can make sure she goes into a good home if she doesn't mesh into your home. :)

Congratulations on your new addition. She has such a sweet little face. She will adjust in time. I have 4 and each time I introduced a new one it was freaky at first, but they were buddies in no time. Now they are inseparable. Give them time. They will be fine.
You will never remember your life without Micki in it.

LOL...See I told you it would only take a few minutes for her to have DH wrapped around those cute little paws. This has been such a joy to be a little part of. It sure did make my day exciting, I was on pins and needles all day waiting to see what was going to happen. I firmly believe that Micki was meant to be in your family.

The lady is doing the right thing by giving the girl a 2nd home where she can be loved and spoiled.

If you always wanted another yorkie and could financially can afford to have two dogs, i say go for it! 50 bucks, 150 bucks like someone said is practically giving it away!

Daddy has Rosie. Micki is in momma's lap. She loves to have her belly rubbed!! She is the sweetest little thing. I love her so much already!

No worries, Ms. Rosie will be fine. It's just like when the only child get a new baby sister or brother, they get adjusted!!

As so a middle name...Hmm...

Elizabeth? Maybe? She needs something like proper, that makes her sound like royalty. Victoria maybe? Something to kind of blaance out her first name which is short.
