| To topknot? Or not to topknot? That is the question. Usually I get Gizmo cut in the puppy cut. But I kind of like the little top knot. Anyone else have any input. Is a topknot too much for a boy? (It's bad enough that I have a rainbow harness on him and he sleeps with a unicorn pillow pet). Do your pups bother at the top knot? Such hard decisions for a Yorkie!

| Lots of boys have topknots, and they wear bows. I like both, with and without topknots. Depends on what your boy is most comfortable with and how much work you want to do daily. Some pups take to the topknot easily, others fight it. My boys don't bother their own, but they like to grab and tug at the other guy's. Hair decisions are tough. Wish we could have it both ways.

| LOL, oh yeah...it's worse then doing our hair. I have cut Zhoie's off twice and still grew it back. Let me tell you...it is very hard to get her topknot hair grown out....takes forever with my girl. Zhoie doesn't bother hers unless I get it in to tight, then she will try to rub her head. So, I take a rattail comb, loosen it and we are good to go. However, she is not real fond of bows, so we only wear those when we go out. She a band kinda girl I know there is lots of boys that wear topknots and bows....I love it!

| I didn't start putting a topknot on Princess regularly until she was about a year. That was the first age she'd allow it. I think they look super cute with or without. And I think boys look just as cute as girls with one. You could start to grow it out & try it to see how he does with just a band for a while. But you might have to be persistent to see if he'll accept it and if not you can clip it off.

| How long does it take to grow out the topknot and what do you do to keep the hair out of your yorkies eyes till the visor grows long enough to put it in a band??

| I can't wait to see a pic of your hubby with Gizmo in a bow & rainbow harness, while holding the unicorn pillow. That alone is worth trying the topknot & bow at least once .

| My baby is a little girl. I really like the topknot that is not a ponytail style but is turned back down on little boys. I even like manly looking bows, sports & sports teams,on their topknots. |

| We love topknots and bows! My boy has a bad just about everyday to keep the hair out if his eyes but if we are leaving the house for any reason I put a bow in. He has "boy" bows and I'm partial but I think he always looks handsome |
