Lots of boys have topknots, and they wear bows.
I like both, with and without topknots. Depends on what your boy is most comfortable with and how much work you want to do daily. Some pups take to the topknot easily, others fight it. My boys don't bother their own, but they like to grab and tug at the other guy's.
Hair decisions are tough. Wish we could have it both ways.
