I think Bambi is cute! I was looking around for some ideas and found this one:

I agree with everyone else... Name her something you like, and don't worry about what your friends say.

I think Bambi is cute, and Bambini is super cute.

However, since she hasn't come home now, you might want a few alternate names in your pocket, in case for some reason it just doesn't fit her.

I've ended up changing name preferences once I got the pup home and called it a certain name, and considered their personality. My Kayla and Karlee started out to have Hawaiian names that I loved, but they didn't fit them, so changed.

It's entirely up to you and everyone else will just have to deal with it. If you are having second thoughts though, here are some "B" suggestions for you.

I know exactly how you feel Gen. Why not go with something you're both comfortable with and like? Here are some names at the top of my head and sorry in advance if any of these are repeats as I haven't read the entire thread.

Breeze, Breezy, Belle, Bee, Bubbles (love this), Brandie, Beauty, Blanket, Butters, Butter(cup), Blue, will keep thinking

You know I really like the name Bambi, it is very cute and besides she is your baby so you name her whatever makes you happy.

Just an FYI, if you are going to change her name I think the obvious "B" name is after her breeder Breny.

I like the name Bambi and think it suits her cute little face. Of course I don't care what people think about names cause I let my son name our 2 boys Calvin and Hobbes after his favorite comic.

I am glad you are sticking with Bambi! It's adorable. I have had almost everyone ask me where I came up with the name Taycie, or they say oh, thats different.. I love it. I love unique different names. Taycie's name came from a book that I read over and over growing up as a little girl. I don't think it matters what others say, she is your baby!

OMGosh! That baby is so adorable and perfect in every way! I love Breny's babies. I can't imagine why anyone would think Bambi isn't a great name. I say stick with it...Bambi is a perfect name for her! Shame on your friend for making you question yourself on the name you chose.

It reminds me of how Princess really does "prance" and sometimes, too....Bambi is so fitting for a little Yorkie baby in so many ways!
