| What has he torn up now??? What is the most expensive thing that your yorkie has torn up? Toby tore up some of our carpet this morning, it looks awful, and I was so mad. He has also chewed the corners off of our brand new end tables. When will this ever stop? What will work to stop him? Not Bitter Apple Spray for us!!!!!

| They are real destructive when they are teething. My two chewed a place in the carpet plus two large area rugs. It can help if you keep chew things for them out during that period. They dont do it anymore.

| Mine chewed the carpet too and just days ago redescovered the spot that we had covered with a big plant and managed to chew down to the padding under the carpet My husband just finished repairing the holes in the wall and the kitchen cabinets because they have slowed down on their chewing...they are close to eight months old now. They will outgrow it...with time Bentley and Bitsy never chew anything anymore unless it's a chew stick or toy. My dream is to have the whole house done in hardwood floors and stainless steel

| Loki steals our socks and that is the only thing of ours he has ever chewed. Even when teething he chose his bones, toys, etc. or we would take whatever he was not supposed to be chewing and give him a bone or whatever. He is a real strong chewer too even now that he is a year old. HOWEVER - There was a BUG in the house, an ant or something, and he scratched up part of the carpet to get at it!!

| Duncan dug a hole in my comforter. It is not that old. He likes the stuffing in it. He has chewed remotes, electrical cords, area rug, wooden bears feet. I can go on. He has his adult teeth but he is not quite 8 months. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Trace tore up my carpet. That carpet cost $5,000. I've had it repaired and then I was afraid to do put deordorant on it, so I sprinkled some pepper in that spot. Works so far. He hasn't touched anything else at home, thank God, but he did discover a corner of a cabinet here at work. Put the deodorant on it and he hasn't touched it since

| He hasn't even lost any teeth yet so I am in for more and more of this. Anything he can reach he will tear up. He chewed our remote in half and also my sewing kit!!! Dangerous I know!!! Good thing he didn't get hurt.
