And you well-know that posting people's personal information on a forum without their permission is rude and border-line illegal. Its irresponsible of the breeder to post this, especially when we did nothing wrong! |

Its private information that I should decide whether to post or not. When you give out your information to someone you trust them with it and you definitely trust that they will not go posting it on the Internet. Everyone sane knows this. |

Why don't you explain WHY you wanted to sell her or return her as you say you did? (Not that it would make the contract any less binding..) |

addressing your remarks Being honest, telling the breeder you had a german shephard at home, would have cancelled any chance at all of obtaining a 3.6 pound yorkie . The fact that you have them separated is totally hard to fathom....and testament to the fact that there is reason for concern having to keep them apart. That alone is obvious. There is nothing I could ever imagine you could say , with regard to embarrassment to betty ann or vicki...... they are far more respected and recognized, than you obviously are even aware. The reason you feel attacked here on this forum, is due to the fact that you are overtly inexperienced, and not familiar with the law here in our country, and in CKC. With some legal background, your name was used ,only in reference to the matter, involving a contract with which you were in direct breach , and in desperation to recover this puppy..there was no deformation of character, with only the facts being stated. In response to your comment about being attacked and "over reaction" again this shows your lack of knowledge as to what these reputable breeders go through raising this breed. There usually a 5,000.00 breach of contract clause, however I feel that vicki and betty anne are simply concerned with getting the pup back. I hope this all is resolved very soon..... as far as pointing a finger at those you view as over reacting, your comment about "NO big loss" , is now being viewed by many who see your remark as a tremendous loss of character and credibility. |
Hi Ana Thank You for responding , As a breeder our concerns are always for the welfare of the yorkies. Thanks for letting us pick her up this evenning. Regards Vicki |
How bad a behavior issue can a 6 month old yorkie have? A responsible yorkie owner knows what to expect during the "terrible two's" and knows to seek help if they can't correct the behavior themselves. They are also keenly aware that behavior problems are often the results of the mistakes that they've made versus it being the dog. I've also never seen a good breeder contract that gives the full purchase price of the dog back before a new (approved) home is found for the dog. I think it's pretty unreasonable to expect it. |

We must remember that a breeder usually can't get as much for a 6 month old puppy as she can a 12 week old puppy. |
