Violation, important please read immediately
 

A new member is on this site, offering one of Betty Ann Durrer's puppies
for sale, three weeks after having bought the puppy,instead of
returning the puppy back to the breeder. Her user name is tuntun
and she is in Barrie ontario, her real name is Anastassia [last name removed].
The breeder, Vicki Lyn Hamilton is willing to fully refund the money
to this person, instead she chose to post the puppy here for sale.
This is not only illegal, an act of fraud....and highly unacceptable
in the business of serious breeders and lovers of our breed.


If anyone is even considering purchasing this puppy, beware, that
this person is unable to transfer the puppy into any other owners name.........that absolutely
has to be done by the breeder, so if you do consider buying the pup you will end up with a puppy with no papers
after paying full price for a quality dog.


Shame on this person, who is using the name tuntun...
and also used an alias name Ana. Not returning the puppy for a full
refund,(which was offered to her by vickilyn ) has raised a red flag with me, and if anyone here knows
any information on this puppy please contact,
vickiLyn Hamilton, at 1-905-427-2941.

It is people like this who buy these little babies, with no regard
or knowledge of the breed or any consideration for the breeder who
has spent years developing a line that is well respected.

Please, we appeal to you for any information at all with respect.....to this irresponsible , buyer , who is attempting to commit fraud.

VickiLyn and Betty Ann Durrer are concerned for the safety of this puppy...

Thank you for posting this. I saw the post yesterday when she offered up this poor girl and my jaw dropped. From what I understand, she hasn't yet returned the puppy, although she agreed to do so yesterday. I had no idea that she had just gotten this puppy. Any idea why she is trying to resell her? Money, perhaps?

we have no idea, and highly suspect....there has to be a reason
why someone who didn't want the puppy would not
return to a reputable breeder, only too willing to refund the money.

Its people like this who have no regard for this wonderful breed, and
above all the breeders who work so very hard, so that we can all
enjoy these wonderful little dogs.

Vicki is very concerned about the safety of this puppy and
just wants it back,and is willing to refund every penny.
There must be an underlying reason why the purchaser
chose this route to sell this pup.

What the heck is the matter with her. I'm going to check Kijiji for the Barrie area

Someone please post if the breeder gets this pup back. It scares me for this little girl. Seems like she was purchased for the wrong reasons. Wonder if she has done this before.

I do hope that Vicki has a $5,000 Breach Of Contract Clause in her contract and hope this little one is returned under the guidelines within Vicki's contract.

Situations such as this is one of the reasons it is so difficult to obtain a pup from reputable breeders.

Is there any update on the puppy?

Vicki Lyn is posting on the for sale thread, begging for the return of the puppy before it's killed or injured.
