| I remember when I was younger and every weekend you would see someone giving away puppies or kittens in front of Walmart. Walmart finally put a stop to it, thank goodness. I never understood Why someone would want to get an animal from Walmart. At least through the animal shelters they are screened and vaccinated and healthy.

| When I saw that today my heart(and mouth) went all out...again. They were selling those babies. It only showed me that these people really didn't give a damn about those puppies as far as what kind of person got them....just making a buck. I am not disputing that they probably were healthy but maybe they could use the money they made today to get the bitch spayed. I am going to call our City Hall on Monday and ask if they would have needed a license or something to sell them in that fashion. |

| They could and probably were healthy, but if the people were selling them from their truck I'm sure they probably haven't been the the vet yet. Like you, it makes me sad that they aren't concerned about who if getting their babies.
