I remember when I was younger and every weekend you would see someone giving away puppies or kittens in front of Walmart. Walmart finally put a stop to it, thank goodness. I never understood Why someone would want to get an animal from Walmart. At least through the animal shelters they are screened and vaccinated and healthy.
