I agree something doesn't seem right about the breeder.. I started thinking about it and am kind of glad I got a bigger pup. I fear that if I would have gotten a smaller one like Sid the same results might have happened and I couldn't go through that again.. I'll get a smaller one in the future and one of my choice from a good breeder with the utmost caution. I'm just happy I got this little guy who seems pretty healthy and is very happy now that he's with us.. He's already attached himself to me and is pretty smart. I know he at least has a good home and he'll be treated well and loved dearly and not just being bred for dollar signs.. After being with us for 24 hours he already acts like a new dog. Usually pups cry the first night and he didn't make a peep one at all last night and still hasn't cried..Thank you for the reply

Thank you and i'll have to agree. Pictures just don't do this little guy justice. He's wonderful.

Lol, I can't stop going back to look at the pic with his boots on & it makes me laugh. He looks like he has character & he has a poochie little belly too.:p

"I did get shot records. He's so far had the first two shots..It says he got a 7 way at six weeks and his second set 2/18/2011. There's no date on the six week and the number of weeks old when he got the second is blank.. He's in full force today though and he has a light in his eyes again..He slept just about all night.. Is the shot record from the breeder? Does the shot record have the tag on it from the vial? IMHO, if this record is from the breeder I would not trust that your little man got any shots at all. You might want to talk to your vet about this.



Because its a trashy way of displaying this beautiful breed. Most reputable breeders would never display their dog by a soup or soda can. And its also misleading because I am sure these pups are under 10 weeks of age, trying to sell the size when the puppy has not even begun to grow.

It was great.. He went flying across the room in just a dead run and spun around in a circle at the end. He has so much character its insane. When we got him he looked to skinny so we've been tryin to fatten him up a little.. :D You know how puppies always have those little bellies? he now has a little belly to.. I'll have to take some pictures of him in his coat today..he looks cute in it.. red and blue like his boots.. i've got an album going but the pictures I put in there I also put on this thread.. I'll have to show everyone the rest of my babies...He's my only yorkie but the others are pretty adorable too..

Second is a picture with no flash.. his face looks way different. pictures for some odd reason make him look different.. and way bigger.. even without the flash he looks different..

He is ADORABLE!!! :):)

My Jackson is a teapot ;) He was 6lbs at 12 weeks old. He's now 16lbs at over 2yrs old.

Little Elton with his coat.. I decided I kind of like the name Elton.. Not sure if it'll stick but so far it has..

I put up another album with two pictures of two of my other dogs.. More to come just got to get my memory card.

Your going to be a wonderful yorkie owner. You dont know how much it warms my heart that it doesnt bother you and you are glad your pup is going to be a larger yorkie. I see so many posters seriously disapointed in their pup when they realize its not going to be small like they were led to believe. Alot of larger yorkies are taken to rescues and shelters for that reason. I have one yorkie that is 6 lbs and one that is 11 and the 11 lb male is smarter and just an all around better dog than the smaller one. He is much better with kids and other pets also. Best of luck

I love the name Elton! It's very original. He looks darling in his jacket, and of course the boots as well:D
