wow just saw this and earlier today I saw a thread started by "someone" giving props to this Crystal Hardacker/Lynn person and using the same username posted 2 or 3 diff times saying they were diff people each time and saying how good this breeder is.....Some people are so dumb....lol. Sounds like a scammer if I ever saw one.....

The puppy is cute, but definitely not pure Yorkie, if there even is any Yorkie in him. This breeder sounds shifty.

hi first of all my name is*CRYSTAL LYNN*not*CRYSTAL HARDACKER .CRYSTAL HARDACKER is a good friend of mine who*i used her paypal account as i do not have one.i had thought you knew that from the beggining as you said paypal would be easiest for you.*she is a good friend of mine who i*have worked with for a few years now.i will stand by her and defend her as she is a good person .she raises yorkie too.THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HER ARE NOT HER FAULT.*she bought 2 yorkies*- male and female who were golden colored*yorkies from a breeder who told her they were purebred* registered yorkies. she did get ARP*papers from*the breeder* for the yorkies too.i personally saw the yorkies and yes they l;ook purebred to me how was anyone to know?*she bred the 2 yorkies together had a litter of puppies from them and sold them. one of the ladys who bought*a puppy had said she did a mail in dna and the puppy was a mixed breed..*these kind of dnas have been found out to be invalid. i have always been told to dna with the registry companies such as AKC, ARP, CKC or ACA. the lady did not use*them she used some mail in one by who knows what company possibly even a scamm copmany. Crystal hardacker*still did right by*this lady*by agreeing to take the puppy back and refund* her money to her. she also*did not breed the yorkies who produced that puppy*again- she put them in*a pet home.just to let you know that lady who bought the puppy has,*according to other breeders, tried to get free yorkies from them in the past too by making up stories.i thought you were chrisitian and from what i learned in church you should never believe in or *take part in gossip.it only ends up*with bads things happening.*i have been honest with you and done what i can to work with you but yet you find a gossip column on someone and immediately put fault without knowing the whole story. this is not the christian way and*i do not refund on deposits, i held him for you and this is not even me!!!i know 2 other crystals as well- it is a common name but look up my*name if you**WANT TO KNOW GOSSIP ON ME IT IS CRYSTAL LYNN!!!*please get my correct name before putting blame on me.

If I were you I would get my deposit back or just forfeit it if I had to. You have your hands full w a sick child, and the last thing you need is this shady situation and possible sick pup. I'm sure if you started a thread here on YT explaining the situation w your son and his needs, someone could help you find an appropriate, healthy puppy.

Forgot to mention, I see whoever this is possibly dealing w ARP or APRI registrations. You should avoid this like the plague. The credible registries you should be looking to purchase would be AKC or Canadian Kennel Club.

CKC in USA is bad, it's Continental Kennel Club....AKC or IBA (Biewers) is alll you want in the USA.

I almost bought a "Yorkie" puppy from her. Her name is Crystal Lynn Hardacker. She is very shady. Google her and you will see that she is all over the map selling the same dogs in different states. When we got to her house, she ran in ahead of us to "set things up" while her husband stalled us at the gate. I saw the supposed mother and she was in really bad shape. The "mother" was severely matted and looked as if she hadn't been bathed or brushed in years. Crystal kept trying to put the puppies to the "mother" so they could eat, the puppies didn't want anything to do with the "mother" and vice versa. The "mother" just kept going back to her crate, she was scared out of her wits. She posts ads in 3 different states for 2 or 3 different types of dogs. Do Not Trust Her!!!

Hi, I purchased a puppy from crystal as well and so far I think he's looking like a purebred yorkie. What do you guys think? (the only picture I could find that was a small enough size was one from when he was younger)

As a breeder whom has been building her bloodline how can you not know what is in your pedigree? You should know what your dogs are producing!!! You should know what the dogs in your pedigree are producing!!!! You said your not dealing with the AKC due to a DNA dispute....but you have no knowledge of the parents of the puppies possibly not being a Yorkie..Really???

Sorry I also agree with the purchaser whom is upset about her large dog. The AKC standard says the dogs should not exceed 7 pounds. We have a standard for a reason!!! I'm not buying the rescue part either...a rescue whom deals with the struggles day after day of homeless dogs would not subject dogs that have been proven to be a benefit to the breed to BREED!!!!

Puppy Purchasers:You bought a Yorkie, Clearly from the picture the OP posted this is not a Yorkie. This is fraud!! She advertised a yorkie and sold you a mix..GO TO COURT!!!

I have mixed bred Yorkie and I paid 0 for her!

I read most of this thread and am saddened and disgusted by how messed up people are. This Crystal "lynn" Hardacker person (or whatever she goes by now) sounds like a really bad character.

anastacea I feel sorry that you had to go through all this. The fact that she wouldn't refund the money in full right off the bat without returning it shows that she's a con. She obviously would have just tried to resell it. Plus she knows that it's almost impossible for a person with a soul to return a puppy they grow attached to.

I'm guessing that her husband made her settle because he was afraid of the penalty for committing fraud on a larger scale. If she refunds the money to the few victims who actually complained (or realized they were frauded), they will go away. She will probably lay low for a while or sell the dogs under a different alias. (but obviously this hasn't happened since more victims are turning up)

The price does not matter in this case. Crystal gave anastacea a certificate stating the breed of the parents was full yorkie.

In anastacea's DNA test there was Shih Tzu and Silky Terrier blood only. No Yorkie at all. Obviously Crystal claiming that she had no idea is a lie.

I can't believe people even read her 2 posts and felt that she had a reasonable explanation?! Most snake oil salesmen will come up with lies like claiming ignorance or coming up with some sappy story about helping animals... come on she's in it for the money and based on her prices I highly doubt she takes good care of these poor animals.

The reason why Crystal 'Lynn' Hardacker even posted on here is merely save face. Her second post on helping stray dogs etc--BS. How can you believe her after all this?


Her arguments are that she is a 20 year breeder, then that she was ignorant of the fact that the mother and father were a shih tzu and silky terrier!?!? Just doesn't add up. LOL

She can say anything at this point and has been caught in repeated lies. Wouldn't trust her after all that has been posted on here by 5 different people and the fact that she's now trying to sell her shih tzu!

That being said I feel very sorry for anyone who was scammed by her. I hope you will still get together and file some sort of lawsuit or report her to organizations or the government.

Also, to anastacea, on a positive note you probably got a great puppy out of this mess. Shih tzu/ yorkie (and I'm guessing shih-tzu/silky) mixes are amazing dogs. I actually fell in love with yorkies because my friend has a shih-tzu/yorkie "shorkie" mix who I fell in love with. She's the most adorable, sweet tempered mutt. I actually got a half yorkie- Mi-Ki because I wanted a yorkie mix. If you're interested you can check out pics of my loveable little mutt...yorkie mixes ROCK!!



Furthermore, the last person's complaint about Crystal now claiming to be a different person, "crystal lynn", further supports that Crystal Lynn Hardacker is a deceitful con.

Looks like a very cute yorkie or yorkie-mix. Probably not a purebred due to Crystal's track record. I would get a DNA test and if it turns out that she fraud-ed you take her to small claims or report her.

She is absolutely adorable! I think your Wisdom Panel will reveal to you what you have is a precious, wonderful, loving baby girl, that while she is probably NOT a purebred Yorkie, she is a devoted, loyal, loving baby girl. All that being said, I become.....infuriated when "thieves" sell ANYTHING they are misrepresenting.....if that woman sold you a puppy she called a pure bred Yorkie, and sold her for a price you would expect to pay for a purebred Yorkie, and your Wisdom Panel comes back proving the baby is a misrepresentation, you MUST contact that breeder and confront her with your evidence. Then, I would contact the CKC and give them your information, including the registration papers you were given....the "breeder" may have swapped papers or juggled papers and that is illegal....pull that with the AKC or the UKC or the Canadian Kennel Club, and you are in some very hot water to say the least....loss of your registration priviledges would only be the beginning! NO SCISSORS TO TRIM THE EDGES OF HER EARS UNLESS YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL GROOMER!!! Take some small electric clippers...I love Wahl Peanut for ears, feet and private areas....hold the edge of the ear up against your left index finger, and holding the trimmer flat against the ear with your right hand, you slide it across the ear and off the edge, onto your finger...do NOT run the clipper perpindicular (sp) up the edge of the ear, it will get cut between the teeth of the clipper. Do this running off the edge of the ear, onto your finger, on both the inside and outside of the ear.....On this particular ear, I would do the whole length of the ear now, then next time, just do the top half, then the next time, the top 1/3 of the ear. Love your adorable little girl! YOU will be the love of her life....be worthy of such devotion!
