| Yorkie Names I just smile when I read the names of your babies. I love them. Do you think we give them names we wish we had given our kids or do we choose fancy names because they are just too cute? You all are very creative. Cherie

| Of the 3 I have now, I only named one. The other two were adopted and I kept the name the Foster Mom gave them, but I did add a middle name to them. I have my Elizabeth Marie who I call Lizzie and I named her. Then I have Annie and I added Jo as her middle name. Then I have Willow and I added Grace as her middle name. We don't have Skin Kid's only Fur Kid's.

| Only furkiddos here. I named Maddie, MaddieCakes, because she was just so sweet and I liked Maddie. Cooper came to me with that name because her previous owners thought SHE was a boy. |

| I named or renamed all of mine except Meiah. She came with that name. I had Kissy and then added Angel (when my son deployed to Iraq and i needed an Angel). Then I got Princess (her name was Melanie and that just didn't fit her). Candy was named Shirley and I needed a C (PAK) to make PACK. Meiah came to me last so now i have MPACK. I am the Leader of MyPACK. I need a Y! LOL!! You can change a dog's name anytime...just takes 3 days. All the rescues get new names and they don't care as long as you call them something. All my girls personalities actually fit their names. |

| I just started looking for names online and I wanted to choose a name I liked, but also means something. I work in immigration so I tend to choose names from other cultures, I just like them. Tocho is native american it means mountain lion... he's a pomeranian and Aiko is Japanese it means little love.

| I love the names here too. I wish I had a little girl to give a pretty name too, maybe one day hubby will let me hehe. I have Remy and Winston. Winston came to us named already and I loved it. Plus it fit him. We named Remy short for Remington(hunting gun brand). Hubby thought Winston and Remy were "manly" names. Haha although I usually call Remy all sorts of names |

| Only furkids for me too. Iris was my little Spring flower and I just knew that would be her name the first time I held her. I wanted another "i" name for our boy since they are littermates and Ivan just seemed to fit him (although he was almost Boris). But they have many, many nicknames too. |

| I remember seeing Jackson's photo before I met him, and I would look at the picture, and say a few different names I had come up with out loud... Jackson just stuck. My mom actually originally came up with it because we had just watched the movie 'Walk the Line' about Johnny Cash and we loved the song 'Jackson' that he sang. I like having a 'big' name for a little dog. I also tend to like last names for first names... Carter, Tanner, Hunter, things like that, LOL. If I ever have a boy REAL child, his name will be Caleb.

| Love the names. I named my rescue mutt Jackson because I really liked your videos and his face said JACKSON to me. I sing him the Johnny Cash song, Going to Jackson all the time. I do smile when I read about the little ones and their names. Cherie

| Levi came to me with his name and it just fit. Plus, I have a thing for four-letter names. I am Katy, boyfriend is Alex, little man is Levi. It works well for us. Quote:

I got his name from one of the animes I watch. I thought it was cute, and unique. Since the name is Japanese, I often call him Kaji-kun, which is a cutesy name. My friend often calls him Kaji-kan, which I find funny too.

| Snickers got his name b/c when I was in elementary school my art teacher had a bunny named Snickers and I thought she was THE BOMB!!!! So when I saw Snick and got him, he not only looked exactly like a luscious chocolately Snickers bar that I wanted to gobble up, but the name I thought was so COOL b/c my art teacher was SO COOL/THE BOMB was the perfect name for my babyboy. Reesie came about b/c I love the theme....my chocolate babies!!! Reesie is not brown & black, but the name fits. (He is actually black, white, & a little brown.) So fun!! Snick, Viv, & Reesie
