Of the 3 I have now, I only named one. The other two were adopted and I kept the name the Foster Mom gave them, but I did add a middle name to them.

I have my Elizabeth Marie who I call Lizzie and I named her.

Then I have Annie and I added Jo as her middle name.

Then I have Willow and I added Grace as her middle name.

We don't have Skin Kid's only Fur Kid's.
