| I forget, but it seems like Kacee has been sleeping until I wake up for a couple of months now, but she has always slept in the bed, too. She'll be seven months old the 9th.

| My babies sleep with us & they have always slept through the night. We have never had any problems. At the beginning they did get up to go potty.

| Sango always sleeps thru the night with me. She doesn't get up until I or my fiance gets up. And sometimes she stays in bed when though we are up! When she was younger she did get up a few times to go potty in the middle of the night now. But I've had no problems.

| They are like human babies, each one is different. Cowboy has slept through the night with no accidents since he was 9 weeks old. Yes, it is true. Now my 5 month old pups sleep through the night, however, they still don't mind making messes in their crates every now and then....mostly Mercedes. |

| I think a lot of it depends on what we inadvertently train them to do. My Susan sleeps all night and has since about 4 1/2 months. But Mom's Little Bit (Susan's litter mate) gets up a time or two in the middle of the night. I think (but can't possibly really know, of course) that that is because Little Bit lives with my parents and their older dog, Maggie. Maggie has ALWAYS gotten up and gone out in the middle of the night. Since she was about 6 months old (she's now a little over 6 years) she has just gone outside and sniffed the air then come back in. However, when Mom and Dad are out of town and Maggie stays with us, she sleeps all night because we're NOT doing the recreational outside-in-the-middle- of-the-night thing and she knows it. |

| Both of mine slept through the night since they were about 3 months old. It was when they were little babies that they would get up in the middle of the night. It sounds like yours has a set timetable.

Btw, they start sleeping through the night the minute you let them sleep WITH you....kidding...but we (or me anyway) finally got some sleep this way.

| I've always wondered that myself. Daisy is going on 4 months old. I used to let her sleep in bed with me but she would go to the end of the bed and potty without barking. So i put her back in her carrier to sleep when she cries i ignore her the first time (3 hours after i put her to bed) the second time i'll get up and depending on the i have to potty cry or i want to get in bed cry and let her out (when she does the potty cry) then put her in bed w/me and she'll sleep right up until i get up. |

| I was wondering this too. With Daphne-my pom, she started sleeping through the night by 9 weeks! We got her at 6 weeks, so that was great for us--we were so spoiled with her..hehe.. With Taylah, she is 3 months/12 weeks 2 days and she gets up 1 time at night, which I guess is still good since shes still kinda little and young. She gets me up on the dot around 4 Am (she sleeps in our bed til' this time), I get up, take her out, and then put her in her crate, and she sleeps til around 7-7:30 Am when we get up to take her back out. We go to bed around 11:30-12:00 AM.

| I think getting up in the night can definetely be an inadvertent learned behavior on their part. Mine both sleep in their own beds in our bedroom. They have a crate in our bedroom too and occasionally choose to sleep in there. They sleep through the night and only get up if one of us gets up to go to the bathroom or something. When I get up at 5:30, they accompany me to the bathroom, use the wee pads, then they go back to bed! Those little rats!! They look all snuggly in their beds when I come back to get dressed, and just look at me all sleepy eyed...whatta life!

| Stew has been sleeping not only through the night, but through the afternoon if I want him to - since the day I got him! He always goes to bed @ 1030PM no matter what time I go. I wake him up when I want to leave the couch and move to my bed. One time he was awake late. I think he was restless or something. I gave him a Greenie to chew on in bed and I went to sleep. I think he fell asleep eating it because when I woke up, it was right by his head. I took a pic:
