:confused: i don"t get it either.i would not be able to function very well if this had happ.ened to yoshi. iknow petco must have a company headquarters that would be very concerned if they knew what had occured . i feel sure they want to project a more favorable image to pet owners everywhere in the country. they must have a customer service or public relations dept. that in this incidence should go all the way to the top. cathy and yoshi

That makes two of us. The fact that the lawyer told her NOT to take her to the vet. The first thing I would have done was gone immediately to the vet from Petco. I would not have stopped to call and make an appointment, called my attornery or anything else. Something this serious required immediate medical attention. I hope that we hear about this little girl soon.

Hopefully, she'll come back and give an update but she did the same thing when she reported that her vet pulled the permanent canine teeth inslead of the baby canines. so, who knows.

Me TOO... thats what i thought..my dog would have been to MY vet SO fast,, there would have been no time,,to Foolishly PAY for the horrendous services,, not to mention tipping for it! hmmmm,, makes me wonder...

I will NEVER post an EMERGENCY/ Crisis,,post then leave ya all hanging! With no follow up info. Cause, I know,,how we all get, and worry... just so ya know. ;)

Maybe hse is just really busy with her injured little dog and spending all of her time comforting her....I am about to explode waiting for an update, so hopefully this is ligit!!!
