| I realize you said you'd do something about the situation, but even 50 degrees seems too cold for yorkies to be sleeping outside. I know Olivia shivers in weather in the 50's. The floor of a playhouse- unless it is thickly carpeted (which I doubt) is going to get cold. I really think something needs to be done for these dogs immediately. |

| Okay, here it is!!! My husband & I had them over last night & they are going to let my best friend have one & they are to bring the other in the house. She said 2 were too many to have in the house, she can deal with one. I told her I would help her anyway I can. My best friend is coming over in a few hours to get one of them. It took a few hours but we got them to understand. I will keep my eye on them to make sure that it stays in the house. I told her I would come get her if she isn't in the house. We made them understand that these dogs aren't meant to be outside. Whewwwww I was nervous but I'm glad it worked out!! I am suppose to help her bathe them & get the pen set up, I have one to give her.

| That is friggin' AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER put any dog outside-especially a yorkie. It was 55 outside the other day and Louie was SHIVERING. Tell your friends not to do that. They are going to die. Find another solution so they don't shred wee-wee pads! Try piddle pads-they can't destroy those, they're cloth. Some people just shouldn't have animals. This infuriates me!

| Thank goodness you came to the aid of those little yorkies! It's insane to even think about leaving a yorkie outside and even more insane that those poor yorkies would have no love or companionship that they thrive on. People can be such idiots! Bless your heart for helping! I hope eventually they will give up the other yorkie also. I hope she isn't left sitting in an xpen at all times with no one to play with or cuddle with. Poor baby! |

Those were my thoughts exactly! This morning I put a four-legged sweat suit on Kacee because it was cooler than it has been and she was still chilly and curled up under a bunch of blankets! Yes, they get cold very easily. Muffin was the same way.

| Ok I didn't read all the way through. I am so glad you were able to step and make them understand how cruel this was.

| Just read a couple other posts.. Yes it would have been an ideal situation if they had given up both of them but this outcome is much more successful than I could ever have imagined. Bc if they wouldn't listen to you and you were forced to use animal control/humane society/police it coud have taken so long that by the time ANYTHING was done the two babies could have died. Atleast they gave up one who I have a feeling will become the most spoiled baby EVER! *We got them bathed & taken care of!!! They were happy to be clean & warm!!!* hehe that just put the biggest grin on my face possible! Maybe in the near future she will consider giving up her other yorkie too but for now I truly believe this is the best outcome that could have happened. I know how hard and difficult it must have been for you and your husband to confront them but look at how wonderfully your hard work has paid off! It's people like you who make the world just that little bit happier!
