Well, she went to the vet and they said the puppy is too small. I am sure that is correct. She said there is nothing they can do right now.

If animal control hears that, they will walk.

I have said all along that people are spinning their wheels here. This woman clearly is not going to surrender this puppy imho.

The only way I can see dealing with her is to try and hit her where it hurts and maybe she will stop breeding if it is not profitable.

There was a girl on here that sought donations then went on to get donations via web pages and an auction. One of her followers turned on her and turned her in to the IRS. She was ivestigated by state and feds. I dont know what the end result was but it did stop her in her tracks and she stopped taking donations.

You are probably correct. Anyone who doesn't have to abide by any rules or laws and is too smalltime for IRS to go after or easily skirts state/county neglect/cruelty laws is free to do as they will. I don't think anyone like this whose ill dog nets them any money & all this attention will ever give that dog up and it will always be "too small" for any real corrective treatment and the videos with the sweet music will continue as will the donation websites! Perhaps people like this are best treated like streakers are on TV - if you can't stop them, at least don't give them any attention.

Talked to someone yesterday. They said anyone can report anyone. I am not afraid to leave my name and information because I'm a firm believer in those who have nothing to hide...hide nothing.

You can NOT get in trouble for reporting what you think is fraud. You can attach copies of websites etc, PROOF., fill in the information as best you can and mail or fax, you can also just write a letter.

Its that easy.

Probably stopped under that name and SS#. But she's probably moved on from there. Those type people do tend to re-offend as they say.

I remember that and the dog never even got the surgery, she didn't "want to put the dog through anymore."

I think the only money she spent on the dog was those donations that went directly to the vet. Her last raffle was a car and her multiple websites pulled in plenty of money. It sounds like Tanisha has done many different things to earn money and this might just be another ploy to do that.

Why do you ask? It may be alble to get pregnant, but the action of mating might kill it. I doubt if it could carry pups to term and deliever.

If she is too small for surgery &/or she won't neuter her & I see she has studs, mighten the poor little thing get pregnant when she comes into heat? Without funds for care, what would then happen to her?

Maybe. Or, could be accidental from having several studs around during her heat. She can stand so mating could happen to her, Heaven forbid.
