I can't wait to see pictures of the two of them. i think the best thing to do for his breath is a dental. then you can start from scratch. However since he has a heart murmur you need to make sure your vet is experienced enough to anesthetize a small dog with a murmur. if your sure about him doing it then i'd look for a board certified dentist. also as i'm sure you know, have a full blood panel done before hand as well.

| Congratulations on your new addition! I'm sure Lola will warm up to him with time. Can't wait to see pictures. We use the CET chews and they really seem to help with my two's teeth.
