i think the best thing to do for his breath is a dental. then you can start from scratch. However since he has a heart murmur you need to make sure your vet is experienced enough to anesthetize a small dog with a murmur. if your sure about him doing it then i'd look for a board certified dentist. also as i'm sure you know, have a full blood panel done before hand as well. |
A dental may be the best thing but I'm going to try the chews first. Not sure I want to put him through too much right now. He's still very shy and jumps at every noise. We have a long road ahead of us but I can't wait for the outcome at the end.
He was already try to hope in the bed and snuggle this morning. He a great little guy!
