I do agreed I think they can sense things we can't. By the way Thank you all for the scare, . Thank god I dont live alone cause I wasnt going to be able to sleep at all in months.I wil snuggling hubby and Gucci all nite. |
Defenatly! My cousin Donna has a dog Bailey, and her old dog Toby died of old age a few years ago. Bailey only met Toby a few times but there's one room where a picture of Toby and a poem and drawing of her on the wall is and if she takes Bailey in that room he starts to bark and just stare at nothing. Donna is a firm believer that he sees Toby. And other times Tucker just stands there and barks at nothing, maybe its Bandit or my grandma or something, but i defenatly think they can see and sense things we can't. |
I can't remember who it was but someone posted a thread about thier yorkie too scared to go up their stairs. I shared a story of Gus being scared of going up my fathers stair in his apartment complex. I really dont believe in this kind of stuff, BUT I had seen shadows 2 time while visiting there. And my step mother had alway said that there are spirts there. I think there is an explation for everything,,, but I did get freaked out when I seen it with my own eyes. And even after that I didn't believe it. But I can sure tell you that Gus will not venture out and sticks like glue to me when ever we are there. But when leaving or going,,,,, he will not step foot on the stairs. There is something about those stairs he does not like or is scared of. |
Great thread for a spooky October evening...da da dummmm. Light often stares at a spot just above my head and to the left when I'm sitting in the living room. She will actually get up off her bed and come sit a few feet away from me and STARE, ears up and tense. I just turn and chat with whoever's not there. I will probably end my days in a padded room LOL. |
Happy Halloween! Ghosts!UMMMM???? Its certainly possible especially around the haunting season!!!!! |

I'm sorry to scare you ladies but that is the honest truth what happened. I never believed in anything like this and I'm not sure after that, that I still do but something isn't right and it scared the crap outta me. But like I said as long as she stays away from me then we are cool. |

It's either the padded room, which I'm sorta looking forward to, OR I'll just be that scary old lady down the street with all the dogs... ooops too late, already there. |

Well ladies, I wasn't going to tell my story here at all but now I guess I will. I know most of you have seen that I lost my Ginger yorkie age 15 this summer. Our only child Sarah, she was 20, was murdered June 2003. Her boyfriend shot her in the back. To get on with it, my Ginger and Sarah were very close. Not only did she go to the window when it was time for her to come home from work, she did this for months. However there have been many times I KNOW Ginger was greeting Sarah. She would wag her tail, go to 'their' favorite place, at night growl at nothing then wag her tail, looking up. I kid you not. Her health went down after her death. now they are together. |
I could write a mini-book on this one! A little over a year ago, I was in to the paranormal. I bought a "haunted" antique mirror off of eBay...yeah, right, you're thinking. As soon as I opened the box, I got a sick feeling in my gut and felt like something was watching me. I left it on my dresser and we went to file our taxes. We get back and that same feeling was there. I tried to ignore it and sat at the kitchen table to pay bills. All of a sudden, there was a loud screech, pop sound and I look up and the chandelere (?) was swinging my way and was held up by a wire. The chain that held it was broken. Mind you, if it wasn't for the wire, I would have been sliced up pretty bad. Chester jumped out of my lap and ran, barking and growling to the living room, stops, sits down, and is barking up at the ceiling. I take the mirror out to the garage and put it up on the shelf. The next morning when I go to leave for work, the garage door opener is broken. All a coincidence? Sure, but too many things happened all at once. I mailed the package that morning to a friend that is a paranormal investigator and when he received the package, he immediately felt sick...he's a little "sensitive". Anyway, yes, dogs can see and sense things that humans cannot. |
Yes. And cats can. I'm not goint to tell you the whole story, I still get chills. But - my 15 year old Peke came back to "visit" me and the 10 year old siamese buddy she had lived with several times the first month after she died. |
