| Only read the first post. My question for you is: Knowing the 28 dogs (you even posted pictures) are from a PUPPY MILL...........Did you report it to ANYONE???? You sound more concerned about AKC...COR. ABC or whaaaat ever......than the poor puppy mill dogs. |

| This breeder is somewhere in California, I am in Tennessee..Not sure if you can see the distance between the two from your high horse but it is pretty darn far. I have never been there and seen for myself, I do not have any proof it is a puppy mill, but it is quite apparent to me.. It is also my opinion and because I don't have proof, I did not post the breeders name..My reasoning for stating my opinion, is that obviously with that many dogs there are AKC inspections...Does AKC not care about those poor puppy mill dogs?? No they absolutely do not..They make money off of those horrible breeders as well so they are no better in my book than CKC....That was my point.. |

| Everywhere you look there are puppymills. It is horrible and so sad. I know we all wish they would stop. The problem is that so many people don't care and until they do, they will continue. The point of this thread was not this though. The point of this thread is that everyone thinks AKC is so great and CKC is crap. Don't question what Amanda cares about, because I ASSURE you that she hates puppymills as much as all of us. But AGAIN, this was NOT the point of the thread. She is tired of people looking down on her dogs just because they are not AKC despite the fact she is as good of a breeder and loves her dogs. Please don't read the first post in a 6 page thread and post something so rude. At least know what you are talking about first!

| It would be astounding if just one person could shut down a puppy mill, it is more complex then that. A person can make reports and accusations all they want, but as long as they dogs are feed and have water with have way descent care, not much can be done. Educating the public as to where to obtain a puppy from is the best mechanism in shutting them down. If millers can't sell puppies, obviously there business is affected. As a whole, we can make a difference!
