I am glad you got your girl back. After 11 years you mean the world to her. She won't care if you fall on hard times. All she cares about is your love and pets and laying in bed with you every night. Try and work out a payment plan with your vet if at all possible. There is also CARE CREDIT if you qualify. We didn't so didn't work for us. We have fallen on hard times in the past, and even through my girls pregnancy but I have an AMAZING vet who is very understanding and loving who will work with. To the point where i can take my girl in for ANYTHING and walk out after wards without paying for he knows as soon as I have the money I will pay him. It truly is an amazing feeling. Never in my life could I imagine living without my Laynee or Stella. They are my best friends. Laynee had a horrible life before me living in a wire cage. I saved her and she knows it. I may not be the wealthiest person to raise her but no one can love her like I do

I live in a townhome, and my place is cluttered...clean, but cluttered. we are in the process of buying our first home though! our main issue is that when I married my husband, all my stuff and all his stuff didn't quite fit

we don't have very much storage space at all in our home, so it isn't as organized as it probably should be. as long as this lady's house was clean, I wouldn't worry about ciera.

Also, if you wrote everything out, you have given her away...sadly. I would just hope for the best, and if you're religious, pray for little ciera's safety, as that's about all you can do.

Don't know how well you know your vet but why not talk to him/her. Maybe he/she would be willing to let you work for payment. Clean his office, run errands, walk dogs, clean windows, wash/clean his car, clean his house, baby sit, I'm on a roll....Mow his yard. Do you sew, maybe offer to do alterations. Then there's always your neighbors. Same could apply to them. You should seriously think about doing this. Then put any money away for the purpose for your pets.
So, get up.....and get started. You don't want to be in a situtation where your baby gets sick & you can't afford any help. I've read on here where that has happened & it's very very very sad. In the mean time, I'll be praying you'll be back to work soon. Oh, theres always McDonald. Every little bit helps. Good Luck

Wow, just finished reading the whole thread. I'm so glad that it was a positive outcome.... like one other member said, GOD IS GOOD and prayer changes things!! Best wishes for you and your baby's future together.
