| YT 2000 Club Member | I have a yorkie poo and I got him from friends of ours..Yes, they purposely bred thier toy poodle and yorkie poo. Although I didnt agree with it, I picked him out the second day he was born. He is the greatest little dog, I see both poodle and yorkie in him. He does have "crazy" hair but its manageable. He is not yappy,(sorry, this statement bothers me, people automatically assume because they are part poodle which I also own they are yappy. My dogs are not and I have seen some very yappy yorkies) he has a great personality, doesnt shed at all and he is very comical, keeps me laughing all day. I do not condone breeding "mixes" like I use too, (yt has changed me ) however I would own another yorkie poo if I came across one looking for a home. I do agree with what the others have said, if you are looking for a mix, please try a shelter/rescue or places like craigslist. Good Luck with your puppy hunt!!
