| I'm so heartbroken,, I wrote a letter to my breeder where I bought my baby. this letter can summarize what is going on. my name is christine and I bought adam one year ago. I just wanted to tell you that he had a siezure today. This was the first time I ever seen him like this. It was so scary and heartbreaking, I wanted to do something but I couldn’t. I just held him as he wouldn’t stop convulsing. It felt like forever but I think it lasted 3-4 minutes. I was in the middle of doing Kim’s makeup today and we kept hearing a rattling noise. We looked down and there he was, shaking like there’s no tomorrow. His face had no expression. I wish I knew what is going inside of his head. I knew he had a neurological problems when I first had him. But the doctor suggested to bring him to a neurologist and get an mri scan. That’s already close to a thousand. He also needs two knee surgeries and a hip surgery. That is already up to 6-7 thousand. There is also a concern that what If I do pay for everything and he’s not guaranteed to make it because of another problem he may have. It's bad enough that he is blind in his left eye, and the soft spot on his head never closed. Even though you sent me a second dog, nothing replaces the recklessness of you selling me a very sick dog. It's been a whole year and I can't just leave him like this but for you to sent me a dog where I have to pay an extra 10,000 to take care of him is very wrong. I hope other families aren't in the same position that I am because of your carelessness. their site is Sunnyview Kennel Puppies For Sale I wish I can do something to let people know about their site.

| By telling your story to as many websites as you can, You are doing something. Where are these people located? Try finding out if they have an AKC and you should contact AKC and report what happened to you. I just saw their main page and they offer 11 different breeds??? That is a big redflag and they might be a puppymill. I'm so sorry for all your heartache. And you are right, a new puppy from them is no consolation Gen |

| their reason for having that many breeds were "we're a family of breeders, not just one"... It is very obvious that cody's condition was because of poor breeding with health problems. Im just so frustrated. Cody's is the sweetest dog, he doesn't bark or make trouble. he's very shy and loves to cuddle ... =/

| This is their response to cody's situtation... their telling me to put him to sleep He was given a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian here and never had a problem under our care. We can't look into the future and see what may happen! Can you look in the future and tell me you won't have a sickness or problem next month? If we would have known the puppy had a problem, he would not have been sent! We took your word that something was wrong and more than honored the contract you agreed to on our website by sending you another puppy. It may be hard for you to understand or do but, in the animal world when there is a severe problem, it may be best to put them to sleep and move on with your other puppy. If he's having all these problems as you say, what kind of life does he have? Our contract states a one time replacement puppy which has been done so, all requirements has been met. We have already listened to your complaints and have replaced your puppy, which according to our contract we did not have to do since your puppy is still living. It was your decision to continue to treat the puppy and, if he is having seizures, leg problems and whatever else, then you are being cruel by prolonging his life. There is absolutely no reason at all for you to still be e mailing us about this situation so, in short, do not call or e mail us about this as we have already more than honored our contract.

| They are offering very poor quality puppies..and they comment about one reason for a price reduction.."A patch of missing hair"...that is almost never due to roughhousing with other pups...I would put money on a ring worm problem.. Too many red flags... |

| That site is SCREAMING puppymill It sounds like your puppy had many issues and the seizures are probably due to the open fontanel on his skull. Is he very tiny? His LP is most likely heriditary and should be covered by a health guarantee. I do not know if you have legal recourse since they sent you a replacement puppy. You should look into the puppy lemon laws in your state. This is so very sad.

Try to be strong and continue to spread the word and i know its easier said then done. |

| thank you everyone for their support, i do feel stronger about this... I googled their name and they are on ripoff.com with two complaints. Each case sounds similar to mines. I dont care about the legal battle because I knew i messed up once I received the second puppy. I could of made it into a bigger case due to cody's condition but i didn't want to make it a problem at the time. now I'm just so fustrated.. I'm planning to spread the word everywhere on the internet possible. The deserved to be closed down.

| You look very young. If treating his medical conditions is going to cause you financial hardship. You might want to consider turning him over to a rescue organization. I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this. I wish we could get to people sooner about the grief of buying from puppy mills. Post a complaint about them on ripoff, and also with the BBB in their state. Good luck on whatever you decide. |

| I'm very very sad to hear your story, why they never understand no one could ever replace other one? The idea of "letting him sleep" made me cry, Cody looks so happy in the pictures, how would they suggested this? Stay strong for your Cody, I hope you get the funds to bring him to vet, I'm sorry I'm unable to help as I'm now saving to bring my furbaby to get spayed |

| This is heartbreaking. I am so sorry that you and your baby are going through this. As others have said- this place SCREAMS puppy mill. Have you thought about calling the Police or the SPCA or the humane society and they can look into the place? This place needs to get shut down and by taking a stand and making it happen you can save the lives or so many dogs and puppies! I wish I could help you get your puppy the help that he needs. That poor thing. So sad.

| How terrible that one little puppy could have so many problems. That's sad. They should be completely ashamed of themselves but I know they won't be. Sure looks like a puppymiller but that's of no help to you now. All I can do is wish you good luck and I hope and pray your boy can be made comfortable. Someone suggested a rescue, that's a good idea but I know it would be very hard for you to release him. It there's hope he can have a good life with some of his medical issues taken care of and you can't afford to do that maybe that's how you have to look at it. Your giving him life if you give him up. Whatever you decide to do I pray you find strength and peace with your decision. |
