It sounds like your puppy had many issues and the seizures are probably due to the open fontanel on his skull. Is he very tiny? His LP is most likely heriditary and should be covered by a health guarantee. I do not know if you have legal recourse since they sent you a replacement puppy. You should look into the puppy lemon laws in your state. This is so very sad.
