do your yorkies follow you EVERYWHERE???

My little Sandy follows me everywhere I go in the house! Last Sunday, Sandy was sleeping while I was here on YT, when I started wondering if he's already awake. I turned my head and there he was, sitting next to my computer desk and looking at me! I've no idea how long he's been there.

I find that really cute!

Gypsy follows me everywhere. At night if i get up to go to the bathroom, she has to get up and follow. The other 2 dogs will poke their head out from under the covers and watch. If hubby gets up, she will watch him but not get up. The funny thing is the bathroom opens up from the bedroom and i do not shut the door so she can see me from the bed if she wanted to.

My two follow me everywhere too. They can be in a sound sleep and if I get up they get up. Bogie is a sneaky little fart..I can be looking for him and turn around he's standing right behind me looking up with those beautiful little brown eyes. You just gotta love it.

I recently started working from home so I guess I am just noticing it more. I cannot go into any room without my boys getting up to follow me. I could be sitting at my desk for hours and they are sleeping next to me, I get up to get a drink and they follow me. I really wouldn't worry about your fur kids not getting enough sleep. They are quite sneaky about napping. When you are busy working they may be right beside you but they are napping. My little Baby Sweet Pea had to either sit on my left arm or perch on my shoulder, like a parrot, when I was driving. If I was awake, so was she! Now we are no longer trucking, all three of mind have to be just as close to me as they were in the semi. Baby Sweet Pea has condesended to sitting on my lap, as there is nothing behind me when I am working on the computer.

Go to the bathroom or the bedroom by myself and close the door, I think not. All three of the little pills are right there scratching the door and crying pathetically. Good thing there is just the four of us, three fur kids and me, or I wouldn't have an unmarred inside door in the house!

Sage follows me everywhere. The other night she was having a great time playing with my sister while I was on the computer. The minute I got up she dropped the toy and followed me into the bathroom. She doesn't get in the shower with me but sits right outside ans taps the curtain if I take to long. I too get worried when I can't see her cause that means she's done something.

Nope, I get to take a shower by myself....sometimes.
My DH says we look like troops....First me, then Rily, then Saydee, and sometimes Fancy brings up the rear!

Alfie and Rosie follow me only in as much that they hope theres something in it for them. I go into the kitchen, they follow in the hope they might get some tidbit. If they get a chance to scoot upstairs its only because the toybox is up there and they try and nab another toy to destroy. The bathroom door in the entrance to doggy hell, although Alfie has decided if he gets in quick its over faster so will try and jump in, he's not quite big enough but bless him for trying.Both are happy to go sleep away from me and thanks to Ceaser Milans methods I can atleast sent them to go sit on the mat away from me in the kitchen while I cook. They're still there but not under my feet.

Bella is wherever I am. Any move to leave her immediate area and she is right there with me. I worry sometimes because she doesn't get much rest unless she is on my lap, napping. She is like a little furry shadow.

I thought that mine was not a normal Yorkie. My little girl it's always following me to EVERYWHERE!!! When I'm making dinner she's under the cabinet looking at me, taking a bath she wait for me. And when I don't see her I'm scare. I just love it...

Yep! Everywhere I go, I have a parade of animals following me. My yorkie is the most persistant, she's always by my side. My golden retriever is 14 and she still follows me everywhere! I try to sneak away because her hips are getting bad and I wish she would relax instead of getting up everytime I do.

Louis follows me everywhere. The other day I was cooking and he was trying to sleep on my slippers, while I was wearing them! If I get up, he gets up. Too cute!

My little girl, follows me to the bathroom and sometimes jumps in my lap. Yes while I'm busy. When I go out to my weight room she's there and when I do my ab work, she will jump up on the my lap or on my abs. It's to funny. Unfortunately I am home all the time which makes it harder on her when I do go somewhere.

Haha---- when I am home alone I will go pee with the door open and as soon as I go in there Lucy runs full speed and jumps on my lap. It is SO weird but it CRACKS me up.

Hendrix is a little more independent..... but he is always within 2 feet of me

oh- and when Lucy was a baby she would sit outside the shower and cry her eyes out until I would just take her into the shower with me....
yes, thats right, my dogs would rather sacrifice themselves to the shower gods then be without me!
