| Yes, quite funny, especially considering I've tried for years to "be in the know" as far as Aussie terms are concerned! Shows what I know.

| And I thought I knew everything about American English because I watch American telly. Wow we just got an harsh eye-opener...How embarrassing Oh and on the jumper/sweat shirt thing...I have this blue hoodie (do they use that term in US? It's a hooded sweatshirt.) that I stitched for him myself in winter. He loves it, prances down the street in winter thinking he's Paris Hilton's dog. I wish we could feel as proud as these tykes! I love my Terry but he is...Let's just say he's not 'up to breed standard.) He's beautiful inside and that's all that matters.

| I go to sleep and this is what happens while I'm snoozing! Well seems like everything played out just fine anyway. k, I'll try to clear this up one last time, and let's all be done with it. My whole point was that this lady who knew of Uni hid behind her kid! Isn't that hilarious?

I have always been a huge dog lover but never expected a dog to turn into a child-like companion as Jackson has become. However... he is treated like a true dog. He goes to the dog park weekly, he LOVES to run, he's never carried around, he gets run of the 90 acres of farmland behind me when I'm watching him, he goes for car rides with me, he's a great little friend and I fully treat him as a DOG and a human. I said I would never dress up my dog... I admit, I've fallen into the trap. He just looks so cute in his hoodie, however... when he started shivering (and he's over 12lbs) I decided to put a hoodie on him for warmth since I keep his hair short.

| When I worked in a retail store that allowed dogs, an owner let his German Shepard jump all over a little kid, and when the kid started crying he just looked over and said, "Don't worry, he won't hurt you." IMO, that man was a totally irresponsible dog owner. I also have a friend who can't stand little dogs. When one rushes up to say hi he threatens to kick the dog over the roof. Now that guy is nuts. Now that I have little Ruger I may have lost a friend, but with an attitude like that who needs him. |

I have to say that I definitely treat my girls as MORE than just a family pet. That is because I am capable of having fullfilling relationships with ALL living beings, not just people. Yes, some of us have that much love to give. I know it's hard to believe!
