Congrats on your new little girl! I have been out of it for a while & missed the fact that you were getting another one! It took ours a while to start getting use to each other - Kodah was a little snob to Stormy when we first brought Stormy home. If Stormy tried to get in the same bed with her, Kodah would just get up & move. I felt sorry for Stormy the first week - not Kodah -- she knew who was boss & was determined to keep it that way! They get along great now - & it is much easier having two to play with each other than occupy just one! As far as having your hands full with a girl - well, that's true, I think, no matter what species you are dealing with!! heehee

I am so happy for you...it sounds like you have figured it out and they are going to do fine. Dogs do so much better in a "pack" situation where they can learn from each other. It is important to respect the apha and omega rules too. Usually the alpha gets everything first....eating, affection, etc. It sounds like your new little girl may be the alpha here even though she is younger and smaller. My Princess Chai is the alpha of the yorkies in our house although my westie (both females) is the pack alpha. Both my males, Hefner and Jet are very laid back and not as aggressive. Have fun!!

Kelly- I'm so glad they're getting along better. I'm sure Olivia is going to be a little snot when we get another yorkie. She is the queen, and she knows it! I can't wait to see photos of your new baby- a new yorkie is so exciting!
